Len, our sales person was kind, personable, knowledgeable and not pushy. He was patient with our questions. He also inquired about our “list of important car requirements” for our needs. He showed us the possibility of options to help with our decision-making process. This was our first Audi so he gave us some background on the German engineering of the cars, his personal experience with the Audi cars he has owned and the history of Audi excellence. When we called back to discuss the terms, he was available immediately to help us through the process. When we were ready to take the car, he had it cleaned up and ready to go. He walked us through the new car specs again to be sure we were ready to drive home safely in the rain. The financial agent was great also. As he walked us through the paperwork, he patiently answered our questions. He stopped back by the sales desk to congratulate us on our new Audi. One of the reasons we selected this dealership was the significant selection of cars. They have a wide variety of colors and models. I wanted a black on black car, which I’d had difficultly finding at other car dealerships. Len didn’t blink twice, he had one waiting for us to review when we returned to the dealership!
