Very Professional atmosphere! I called and inquired about a used Audi A5 that I ran across on the internet. When we found a car online we liked at Audi Cary’s sister dealership, Eric personally drove to pick it up first thing in the morning to accommodate our schedule. When I shared with Eric my circumstance had changed a bit he was not impatient or rude and continued to be so helpful and informative. He took the time to show me several vehicles and was very good at helping me find the vehicle that was right for me. After discovering I had to much negative equity to move forward, he still offered up solutions to help me and remained kind and patient and helpful.
