Eric and his team made my car buying experience easy and enjoyable. I have been looking for a particular car for quite a while and saw that they did have one of what I was looking for in stock. I am out of state and we did all the negotiating over the phone including factoring in my trade. They gave me a great price vs my local dealer and made the 8 hour roundtrip drive worth every penny. Eric spent the time to go over all the features in the car, set up the WiFi and Audi app for me. My only gripe was the detail. The car was not detailed well and I'm pretty sure the detailers went joy riding my car before delivery as the miles went from 42 to 79 between the time I said yes over the phone and the time I took delivery the next day. Other than that, this was the best dealer experience I've had. More
