Furthermore, there was no pressure at all when it came time to make a decision whether to purchase the vehicle or not. One other thing that separates MC from other salespeople I've dealt with in the past is the fact that I truly felt he was working for me and not against me, and I truly felt that I got a fair deal without too much drama and haggling that car dealerships are notorious for. After previously owning Cadillac’s and Lexus’s; in late 2010 I purchased a 2011 Audi A6. I found this car and the local dealership to be exceptional. Recently, I traded this car for a newer model. Although I felt compelled to return to the other dealership, I found that Audi of Cary and in particularly their salesman, Len Talarico, to be equally exceptional. Mr. Talarico was not only very knowledgeable but very helpful. He gave me the distinct impression that he was as interested in supporting my wishes and making sure that I was satisfied as he was in representing his company. I had to return to the dealership after a week for a minor technical issue and could not have been more pleased with Audi of Cary’s service department and Mr. Paul Nelson. Initially I was reluctant to give my contact information, because I didn’t want to be “harassed” by a “car salesmen” or pressured to buy until I was ready. I couldn’t have been more wrong in my assumptions. MC gathered the requested information, called me back one time to leave the details, and then allowed me to call him at my convenience. I truly appreciated the professionalism that he exhibited through out the buying/leasing process. This was a ZERO hassle purchase from start to finish.
