Ed was a great sales person. The first time we went we told him up front we weren't going to buy that day. He asked what we were looking for and let us test drive the Q5 and A6, because those most fit wh told him up front we weren't going to buy that day. We walked off the lot that day with a hand shake and a "Thanks for coming in". After spending about 2 weeks test driving cars, we decided on the Q5 and went back to Ed. He helped us find what we were looking for but it had to be delivered from Maryland. When the car came in the only thing that was missing was the aluminum trim and we asked about that. He said that in order to get that a car would have to be shipped from Germany and would take about 3-4 months. We didn't mind the wood inlays, but would have rather been told that up front. Other than that, our experience was extremely positive. We picked up the car and Ed took the time to explain a lot of the features and even set up the bluetooth connection with my phone. I have been driving the car since the end of April 2013 and I love it. I just took it in last week for the courtesy 5,000 mile check-up (I drive a lot) and Michele in service was very friendly and fun. We elected to wait for it and the waiting area is comfortable with lots of amenities. I chose this car because it is fun to drive. Responsive and comfortable. More

From the time I entered the dealership everyone was completely helpful and knowledgeable. Ed showed me the vehicles I wanted to see and upon changing my mind was happy to show me additional vehicles a completely helpful and knowledgeable. Ed showed me the vehicles I wanted to see and upon changing my mind was happy to show me additional vehicles and answer all the questions I had. The deal negotiations went smoothly and Ed and the Manager made me feel like they valued my time. The F&I process took a bit more time than I thought was necessary, but Ed was accommodating and was able to send me home with my new vehicle in order to return to complete paperwork the next day. More
