Johnathan was the Auto Brand Specialist who we found to be helpful and conscientious in the purchase of my Audi. We found Johnathan to have an exceptional amount of information regarding every aspect of the Audi vehicle from the first driving demonstration, the process of negotiating a successful purchase, and providing knowledge both technical and practical after the sale. He was also very thorough in returning phone calls and follow up. Previously, I owned a BMW for 16 years, so making a change to a new Audi was significant, to say the least. Change does not always come easily, and Johnathan has been extremely patient and competent in providing all necessary information for an easy transition. We had just come back from Toyota of Raleigh and we were extremely underwhelmed with the person we worked with. Johnnie was knowledgeable, professional, funny, and made us feel at ease. I worked in sales (AT&T) for years and always admire a salesman that knows his craft. We also worked with Alex the finance manager who was very professional and polite. The whole experience at Audi Cary was an unexpectedly pleasant one as neither my wife or I were looking forward to a day of haggling at multiple dealers. Because of the great service we received we aborted plans to "shop" the other 3 places we planned to visit.
