Excellent service This dealership took care of an issue that my previous dealership(Audi Bellevue) in Bellevue, WA neglected to follow up on. I explain to them my issu This dealership took care of an issue that my previous dealership(Audi Bellevue) in Bellevue, WA neglected to follow up on. I explain to them my issue and the problem that never was solved and the took my itinerary from the previous dealership made some phone calls and ultimately ended up fixing the issue after an oil consumption test that prove my biggest problem true! I’m so happy with how they worked with my work schedule, explained what needed to be done and updated me accordingly! I was satisfied with the loaner cars available for the inconvenience and I will be recommending this dealership to anyone with and interest in purchasing or fixing an Audi. More

Then after driving the car, you have an opportunity for an in-depth lesson of ho How many can say purchasing a new car was actually a nice experience. Then after driving the car, you have an opportunity for an in-depth lesson of how things work (cars are complicated these days) with a person who is patient, understandable (speaks English, not tech) and thorough. And, even better, after the lesson they buffed out scratches made by a neighbor's dog. Kudos to Audi Cape Cod, sales and service and to their place of business, which is pretty immaculate and amazing in itself.. More
