Great and friendly service! I really enjoyed the experience the Audi dealership provided. Everyone that I interacted with was very polite. The lady working the front desk was always very kind and quick to help me out when I came in. Bob, the salesman who helped me throughout the process was very professional and personable. Never once did he pressure me into looking at something I wasn't interested in. When I left a message for him he was very prompt in responding. He always offered coffee or water every time I came in and so did the front desk attendant. Mark and Bob were both very cooperative in dealing with myself and the bank which I financed my loan through. While I was presented with options of financing through banks Audi works with, they never pressured me into choosing one or the other. Same goes with insurance, and warranty offers available through Audi. They detailed and presented my car to me in a way that felt very personal and they took as long as i needed to walk to through the features of the car and how to use them. Overall wonderful experience. More

Week later I regretted not getting Q5.. this year I was looking to trade car in and decuddd to try Q7. Our salesperson Tim was very attentive and patient since I didn’t wanna rush and couldn’t decide between sporty Q5 and Q7.. For my job I needed larger car and Q7 was right choice. Tim met with us at our times availability and kept contact through emails and phone calls constantly. He answered all my questions and found great car I wanted with features I was missing out in my previous Lexus. Thank you Tim and Mark for making it smooth and timing for me. I will recommend you 💯 I love my new car! More
