I like to do things differently...With my pending retirement this June, I decided to stop into Audi of Cape Cod in Hyannis on a rainy and unusually cold Saturday in May with no appointment. Tim O’Meara warmly greeted me, answered some general questions, and realized a test drive was in order. Safe to say as soon as I sat in the car, I knew it was just going to be a matter of time. After returning to the dealership close to closing time, Tim continued the conversation and never game me the feeling that he was in a rush to hurry up and finish in spite of having plans for dinner in Boston Saturday night. Our conversation around the numbers was easy, I was ready to say I would think about it; then thankfully realized there really wasn’t anything to think about. The car I test drove was the perfect color and model I was looking for. Since I live off Cape until retirement, plans were made to get the car in a few days as I was also trading in a car. If test driving the Audi A5 in the rain wasn’t enough, the trade in car ended up being delivered to the dealership (while I was completing paperwork) on a flat bed trailer as the trade in car would not start. I was an absolute wreck and wanted to cancel the deal. I was so embarrassed, but Tim’s response was, “I am just glad no one was hurt, we can work this out.” There was never a word about the trade in number changing. He was so professional and reassuring that everything would be okay! He made my entire experience a positive memory I will never forget! I love my new Audi A5 convertible retirement present to myself!! Thank you Tim!! More

Educational and Enjoyable! This was my first experience looking at and purchasing an Audi. Tim educated me on all aspects of the vehicles and even provided some Audi history and German engineering. I was so relieved that the experience was relaxed, educational and void of a hard sell. The focus was on making sure the vehicle would be a good fit for me. I also brought my three kids with me a couple of times to help me choose. Though I absolutely loved being in the cockpit of an A4, my daughter was sure to tell me the vehicle would be too small for her Lacrosse bags and other sporting gear. I ended up with a gorgeous, pre-owned Q5! Audi Cape Cod made the back end trade-in, financing and registration paperwork seamless and within days I was able to pick up the car. We were unable to test drive a car that day due to a eye appointment just prior to our visit, so we made an appointment to return the next day and test drive two models. The next day, he was available at the scheduled time and both models were ready to be test driven. Tim was wonderful, well informed about each model. Within a couple of hours, we had a deal, great incentives to buy right now, and tomorrow we pick up our new A6.
