After years of wanting an Audi, I made the leap and purchased a beautiful blue Q5. I communicated with and visited a few dealerships. When I arrived in Hyannis, I knew that I wanted to make my purcha purchased a beautiful blue Q5. I communicated with and visited a few dealerships. When I arrived in Hyannis, I knew that I wanted to make my purchase with Rob Serdy and Audi of Cape Cod. From my first communication with Rob until I drove off the lot, it was a special experience. We made an appointment to drive 2 vehicles they had on hand. When we arrived, they were both out front waiting for us. Once we made the decision to move forward, Rob answered all of my questions and it was a very simple, streamlined purchase. When I picked up the car, Kevin walked me through the paperwork. From our first visit to when we drove away in the car, the experience was special and we felt like valued clients. I think we are now Audi drivers for life! The only aspect I didn't like was not having the ability to put a hold-deposit on the car while I worked through my final decision. I had done my research and drove other cars so I was confident and prepared to make the purchase. If it had been the first place I visited, I might have missed out on the car. I highly recommend Rob Serdy and this dealership and I'm looking forward to using them for my service needs. More
