Enjoyed my sales experience but picking up the car was a nightmare. Even though I had an appointment, they made me wait 40 minutes while they finished up with another customer. Then they tried to sell me th nightmare. Even though I had an appointment, they made me wait 40 minutes while they finished up with another customer. Then they tried to sell me thousands in warranty and after market services that I had no interest in hearing. But the Business Manager said I was “rude” and made me listen to it anyway. After all that, they brought me to my car which did not have the inspection sticker I requested. They made me wait another 30 minutes so they could go get that. After several days, I noticed the handling was “mushy” and one of the tires looked low. I checked all the tires and one was at 15psi and the other 3 were at 30psi. They’re supposed to be 41psi, yet I never got a TPMS warning. After I inflated the tires to the correct pressure, THEN the TPMS warning came on. So it’s obvious they never checked the tires before they set the psi values in the computer. I didnt want to write this review but I would not recommend this dealer. They made me wait, didn’t deliver as promised and called me names. Robert Serdy, the sales person, was very helpful and did a good job. In my view, the rest of the team failed. More

Cape Cod Audi is an excellent dealership with a great service department. My check engine light came on at 56,000 miles and they did the smoke test and figured out the evap hose was cracked. In order to replace it they had to remove the intake manifold. My problem is with Audi for making this part replacement so problematic. And for a hose that lasted only 3 years. It made a simple $200 repair cost $1100. More
