My initial opinion of the dealership was mediocre. I felt like I was mislead from sales and parts. My car has been in for significant repairs twice since I bought it in August 2024. I had an alert come up on my Audi A-4 dashboard that sounded as though it needed immediate attention. I drove my car directly to Burlington Audi. Anthony was the service writer.
