When first entering the service area, I was greeted by Derick with a big smile and Hello. He walked me through the process of my visit by asking what my concerns were. I've been with AUDI for the last 15 years, an A3 and now a Q5. The last 8 years serviced by Audi Burlington, where I bought the Q5. Three different notes, first one to AUDI: You have been introducing more and more sensors to cars, and changing physical buttons into touch controls, placed randomly and without caring about user experience, all this has created an opportunity for more malfunctions and higher service bills for your customers. You have also not been very clear about what your warrantee and service packages include/ don’t include, or perhaps you have but you design them in such a way that they don’t cover what we need serviced, eg.: I bought a tire service package that only covers damaged tires, not worn-out. Second one to Audi Burlington: It seems every time I take the car in, there is something that needs payment. 6 months ago you charged me to calibrate sensors and cameras, now you charged me again, the service you perform should have some sort of guarantee. And, I’ve been told this may continue to happen in the future. A note to Jim Parolisi: I like your professionalism and your transparency in communication, but I am not happy with your/ your company’s lack of flexibility and understanding towards me as a customer. This all has an impact, my wife needs a car and we were thinking about a used Audi A3, but we have changed our minds. More

Although I’m a new customer at this location and usually service at Audi Natick my oil change price shouldn’t be $50 more than I ever pay at Audi Natick. There’s all these hidden fees on top of trying to convince me my A5 cost more for oil change than a A4 was complete nonsense. If you ask me if I ever go back to Audi Burlington personally NO but I wouldn’t have a issue with referring them because the work was done perfectly but the extra fees weren’t really necessary, especially with me being a new customer to that location you would think they would want my business to conclude with them knowing there’s more work to attend to with my vehicle. More
