Audi Burlington - Service Center

My car needed to go back in the shop 3 times to fix an issue. To offset this they delivered a loaner and picked up my car twice at my house. Anthony in service did an outstanding job arranging things so i issue. To offset this they delivered a loaner and picked up my car twice at my house. You have a great employee Audi make sure you aknowledge him. This situation could have been a nightmare for me yet it was seem less thanks to Anthony!!! More

Anthony was fabulous to work with! I had to reschedule my appointment a few times and Anthony was extremely accommodating! Hi Ordered a new door handle drivers side for keyhole. I arrived this rude person in parts comes over puts this 52 dollar piece if plastic walks away. I recently had a major repair done to my Audi. I Was processed with a loaner for over a month which was great. Anthony was great at keeping me informed of the progress. Went above and beyond t I Was processed with a loaner for over a month which was great. Anthony was great at keeping me informed of the progress. Went above and beyond to help keep the cost down. I was however very frustrated that the engine died @ 90k miles . I’ve also had issues with the brakes an a rattling noise in my sunroof. None of these issues has anything to Anthony’s service but unfortunately my review impacted him greatly which I had not intended. I feel terrible and hope this review provides some clarification. I would like to make things right for Anthony so please respond with suggestions More
