My initial opinion of the dealership was mediocre. I felt like I was mislead from sales and parts. My car has been in for significant repairs twice since I bought it in August 2024. He made no promises, but he work with me thru the whole process. It was a relief to work with someone who really seemed to care the service he was providing. I had an alert come up on my Audi A-4 dashboard that sounded as though it needed immediate attention. I drove my car directly to Burlington Audi. Anthony was the service writer.
