Clean facilities, friendly and knowledgeable staff, reasonable wait time. The one thing I did not expect and disliked was the cost. It cost me over $2000. My car has been in service for two weeks, and despite multiple attempts to reach the service representative via text and calls, I have received no response. Today, after my second call, the guest experts multiple attempts to reach the service representative via text and calls, I have received no response. Today, after my second call, the guest experts asked for my information and informed me that the car is done. However, the lack of proactive communication regarding the completion of the service is disappointing. This experience reflects a significant lapse in customer service. More
