I usually get an unsettling feeling when I have to bring my car into a shop. But the folks at Audi Burlington have nailed the service work every time. 15 years ago before going back to school for Electric my car into a shop. But the folks at Audi Burlington have nailed the service work every time. 15 years ago before going back to school for Electrical Engineering I used to be a mechanic – Have a degree in Automotive Science too , so I know a thing or two about diagnostic work and repairs. I'm over 40 years old now, and having been on both sides of the fence I can really appreciate the high level of customer service provided and quality of workmanship delivered. Recently I took my 2009 V10 S6 into them (Jim Parolisi; he's really attentive) for work – I spent around $2K with them. I had some service work & some Dent-Doctor work performed. I must say the car runs excellent now. The low-end power now on the S6 is ridiculous. Additionally I can't tell that there were ever any dings where the Dent-Dr work was performed – no matter how many angles I look at it from. To summarize, Audi's are expensive – all of them. Be prepared to spend some good money, or go buy a Toyota. With respect to some of the other posts, I like to remind folks to be realistic. Although Audi Burlington has continued to deliver outstanding customer service and workmanship to me, it's important that folks temper their high standards & expectations with the understanding that sometimes things just don't work out – That's life. I originally bought my Audi from Jasson and recently had to take it back in for service. John was very helpful in getting me set up with a loaner while my car was being worked on. I think that if all Audi dealers and employees work and treat their customers the way Burlington Audi does, Audi could be the best in customer service. I was there twice. they give you a loaner car without having to fight for it. They call you to give you an update with the status of your car. They make an appointment for you as soon as possible and not weeks later and it is the way they honored their clients. After all the problems I've experienced with this car as a buyer i never thought my next car could be an Audi again. Burlington Audi had me reconsider. I hope it wasn't just the one person that i dealt with.Sorry if i'm bitter with other dealers but when you buy an Audi you have higher standards. More
After working with James Parolisi I was most impressed with the level of communication I received. I appreciated getting updates on the status of parts and repairs, and I think I even got a call saying he with the level of communication I received. I appreciated getting updates on the status of parts and repairs, and I think I even got a call saying he wasn't sure when the car would be ready but he'd call me when he knew more, -that's the level of communication that puts Audi customers at ease. I also wanted to acknowledge the work that Jason the Audi Tec did, he is a real MVP. Not only did he take time to listen as I was explaining the issues with the car, he waited till I was finished to diagnose the problem. He is truly a master of his craft. He caught a few other minor issues that would have caused major problems down the line, as well as taking the initiative to replace a worn out part that he discovered. His workmanship is unparalleled, and the car is running as well as ever thanks to his attention to detail. I got the sense that both of them take pride in their work and really enjoy what they do, -that most of all translates into a positive customer experience. I made an appointment to have my 2009 Audi in for service a few days later. Service said they would get us a loaner car from Enterprise, since they've sold off all their Audi loaner cars. I called the day before service to ask if I could bring my car in the day before the appointment, since I needed to take a friend to her chemo appointment in Boston at 8:00AM the day of service. I reminded the service rep that I needed an Enterprise car. He said he already knew. I was told to bring the car in at 4:00. I came from Ipswich and got there at exactly 4:00. The young man in service (I think his name was Jeff) said he would call Enterprise. I thought he told me he'd have the car there waiting for me. After calling Enterprise, he told me, "Enterprise is out of cars. You'll need to reschedule your service." I drove 45 minutes through the traffic of 128! Very upset, I went to see the manager, Casy Richenburg. He told me the same. No personal interest or care! They acted like robots, reciting their lines! Where is the TRUST, RELIABILITY, RESPONSIBILITY that Herb Chambers stresses in his ads??? I"ll go to a different dealership in the future! More
I recently bought an 08 Audi TT, used, still under the new car warranty and with the extended certified Audi warranty for when that runs out. I was looking for a dealer that was more service oriented than new car warranty and with the extended certified Audi warranty for when that runs out. I was looking for a dealer that was more service oriented than ones I previously had experience with (this is my third Audi, and my second TT). I was very lucky to try Audi Burlington. Not only did everyone involved give me extremely polite and knowledgable service, there was excellent communication at every step of the repair process, and the dealership is an absolutely beautiful place that I will be happy to return to for both my Audi as well as any Porsche (I've owned 2) needs. They gave me a well-equipped Q5 loaner, which was quite good advertising since that car was far better than the past Toyota SUVs I've owned. They fairly applied the new car warranty, replacing some quite expensive components, and beyond that they performed an outstanding service revision on the transmission, making my car better than it was when it was new. They also replaced some expendable parts and charged a very fair price for this. They made sure the car was cosmetically perfect, washing and more, so when all was said and done my car looks new and works perfectly. I am recommending this dealer to my friends around Boston who own Audis. More
My check engine light came on just when my Manufacturers Warranty was expiring. I worked with Danielle at Audi of Burlington who went above and beyond to get me an appointment, scheduled a Rental Car delive Warranty was expiring. I worked with Danielle at Audi of Burlington who went above and beyond to get me an appointment, scheduled a Rental Car delivery for me at the dealership (which if I may add was free) as I needed a car to get back to work. I was in and out of the dealership within no time. The next day i anxiously waited for that phone call to see what the damage would be. The call came in around 2pm with nothing but great news. My car had been fixed and ready for pick up at NO cost. I still couldn't believe it, drove to the dealership, dropped off the rental at the dealer and drive off the lot in less than 15 minutes. The best car service experience I have ever had my whole life. Thanks to all of you at Audi in Burlington for exhibiting such excellent Customer Service . Keep up the great work. More
