Very attentive and friendly staff. The work is always done very well and the cars is clean when returned. There could be some improvement with the time it takes to do a simple oil change, but I'm sure so done very well and the cars is clean when returned. My experience at Herb Chambers Audi of Burlington has been outstanding on each occasion I have had my Q5 in for upgrades or scheduled maintenace checks. It went beyond well and I have been quite happy with my relationships as they have evolved. Joe has gone above and beyond for me time and time again, getting my car in and out with unexpected/unscheduled issues, calling me for any reason, the car is done, they found something else and it's not done, it's going to be xxx dollars more, shuffling loaners so I get a car on short notice. There are never any surprises; everyone is attentive, patient and flexible. My two Audis running well contribute to a good night's sleep, believe me. More
