The service provided at Chambers Audi Burlington has been consistently outstanding. Work done within the timeframe and cost estimate - loaner cars always available - and what sets them head and shoulders consistently outstanding. I have had Techs wait for me while I battled traffic - find appointments for an emergency on a long weekend before I was heading on a road trip - and any number of small touches that demonstrates real concern for me as a customer. All great Techs but special praise to Jim P. and John B. who go above and beyond every time there is a need - great service! More

I live less than two miles from another Audi dealership but choose to drive the 30 minutes to Audi Burlington for the quality of service. As a follow up on my last visit for my wife's car for a new set of tires: the car runs beautifully, and I would like to say that I actually feel a difference in the way the car rides with these new tire a new set of tires: the car runs beautifully, and I would like to say that I actually feel a difference in the way the car rides with these new tires. The car seems to roll less from side to side and I would even say there is less road noise. Of course much of this is subjective, but the bottom line is that I am happy with the finished product, and want to thank you for this. Can you please also pass these thanks to your manager! More

Great experience w/transmission problem covered under pre-owned warranty. I brought the car in, they looked at it and called me a few hours later to tell me it needed a new transmission. I had picked u pre-owned warranty. I brought the car in, they looked at it and called me a few hours later to tell me it needed a new transmission. I had picked up a loaner from the dealer and used that during the 4 or so days it took to complete the repair. My car was ready earlier than expected and worked right the first time. Nobody tried to sell me another car, more services etc. ..just honored the warranty and made things right. Good guys and good experience. Made me put them 1st on the list of places I look to buy my next car. More

This is by far the best Audi dealership I've come across in my search. I recently purchased a used audi elsewhere and had to take it in for a new trunk latch just a few days after buying it. Though they wer in my search. I recently purchased a used audi elsewhere and had to take it in for a new trunk latch just a few days after buying it. Though they were busy and I didn't have an appointment, Jeff Bucholz was the first to greet me and did everything he could to successfully squeeze the repair into the busy schedule. On top of that, he put up with my constant check-ins to see how everything was going without a complaint or sign of disdain. Jennifer Gardner was also extremely accomodating throughout my visit. After just a few hours, my trunk was fixed and now works perfectly. The only thing to note is that the quote at this dealership was $70 more than Audi of Brookline. I was perfectly content paying it though as the staff are 100 times better and far more friendly, the place is modern and well kept, and it doesn't reek of the fast food that the people at Audi of Brookline were eating right in front of me while giving the quote (very unprofessional of them). Overall, the outstanding service at this particular dealership inspires confidence that merits the higher price tag. If you want a premium experience to match your premium car, this is the dealership for you! More
