This is by far the best Audi dealership I've come across in my search. I recently purchased a used audi elsewhere and had to take it in for a new trunk latch just a few days after buying it. Though they were busy and I didn't have an appointment, Jeff Bucholz was the first to greet me and did everything he could to successfully squeeze the repair into the busy schedule. On top of that, he put up with my constant check-ins to see how everything was going without a complaint or sign of disdain. Jennifer Gardner was also extremely accomodating throughout my visit. After just a few hours, my trunk was fixed and now works perfectly. The only thing to note is that the quote at this dealership was $70 more than Audi of Brookline. I was perfectly content paying it though as the staff are 100 times better and far more friendly, the place is modern and well kept, and it doesn't reek of the fast food that the people at Audi of Brookline were eating right in front of me while giving the quote (very unprofessional of them). Overall, the outstanding service at this particular dealership inspires confidence that merits the higher price tag. If you want a premium experience to match your premium car, this is the dealership for you! More

Because of this dealership's exceptional and friendly sales and services, we opted to stay with them. A few years later, we traded in the A4 and upgraded to our dream car, a brand new Audi S4! We absolutely love it!! Audi Burlington has been fantastic with our every choice, price, detail, and step along the way! ... Recently, I brought the S4 in for its routine maintenance and found Jeff Buchholz, in the Service Dept. to be extremely understanding and accommodating with my difficult scheduling issues. He was great with setting up my loaner car as well,(a brand new Audi A4, I might add)! ... Instead of picking up my S4 late in the day when it was ready (unfortunately during rush-hour traffic times), Jeff suggested I keep the loaner car overnight and come back the next day at my convenience!! (Wow!... that was really a big plus in my book!) He was also very informative and thorough answering questions my husband and I had. We were very impressed with Jeff and of course as always, with Audi Burlington! Thank you Jeff for being so efficient, pleasant, understanding and over-the-top accommodating! Great job!! More
My recently purchased A8 developed a cooling system leak which was only corrected by a part from Germany. Once completed the service adviser offered me a complete interior and exterior detailing at some future date to 'reward' me for my patience. Service like this under difficult circumstances is rare. This is my fourth car from this dealership and the service and sales experience is unlike any other. More

Professional, courteous and knowledgeable I feel the process of scheduling, dropping off and retrieving my car to be the best experience I have had. Further, I like forthright customer service and Jim has consistently met the highest bar. I am communicated with in a concise manner and my satisfaction is always atop of mind. I have told colleagues the story of Jim calling me from his personal cell phone on his ride home to ensure I got the message earlier in the day. I expect that is my service organization and I appreciate receiving it from Jim and Burlington Audi. More
