Audi Burlington - Service Center

I bought my Audi last June from Jasson, he was great to work. My car was due for its first service and I stopped in to make an appointment because I was in the area. Jasson introduced me to Jeff Bucholtz i work. My car was due for its first service and I stopped in to make an appointment because I was in the area. Jasson introduced me to Jeff Bucholtz in the service department. Jeff told me that if I had some time they would do the service right then. He told me how long it would take and Jasson even offered to drive me to the local mall if I wanted. These guys are terrific and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The car was ready exactly when Jeff said it would be. I would highly recommend Audi Burlington to anyone. More

I encountered an unfriendly New England pothole which resulted in the need for a wheel repair. As a follow up on my last visit for my wife's car for a new set of tires: the car runs beautifully, and I would like to say that I actually feel a difference in the way the car rides with these new tire a new set of tires: the car runs beautifully, and I would like to say that I actually feel a difference in the way the car rides with these new tires. The car seems to roll less from side to side and I would even say there is less road noise. Great experience w/transmission problem covered under pre-owned warranty. I brought the car in, they looked at it and called me a few hours later to tell me it needed a new transmission. I had picked u pre-owned warranty. I brought the car in, they looked at it and called me a few hours later to tell me it needed a new transmission. I had picked up a loaner from the dealer and used that during the 4 or so days it took to complete the repair. My car was ready earlier than expected and worked right the first time. Nobody tried to sell me another car, more services etc. ..just honored the warranty and made things right. Good guys and good experience. Made me put them 1st on the list of places I look to buy my next car. More
