Audi Burlington - Service Center

I actually originally called the dealership I bought my Audi from b/c the brake light was on. They were pretty short with me on the phone and gave me an estimate of $2,000 without even looking at my car. Audi from b/c the brake light was on. They looked at the car, only did the work that was needed and saved me about $1,300.00. I mentioned that my tires might need to be rotated, but when they looked at the tires they explained that the best tires were on the front of the car and I should drive as is for now. I also received a work call that required me to drive to New Jersey the next morning before my car was even supposed to be finished. Jeff made sure they completed my car and I could pick it up before my trip. Really helpful staff! More

When I brought my car in to be serviced I worked with John. He took extra time to explain to me everything that would be done to my car and gave me piece of mind that I was in good hands. This was an experience of a life time. The service was quick and I could wait for the car! While I waited I noticed they had free refreshments, the coffee was fabulous and they even had free apples to mun quick and I could wait for the car! As some may be aware, Audi's have gotten some negative press lately due to oil consumption issues, and because of this problem, some might be a little nervous about purchasing one. Let me assure you that if you do have such a worry, Audi Burlington takes the issue very seriously and makes every effort to address it in a timely manner. When I brought my 2007 A4 in for its last service, I spoke with Jim Parolisi, who informed me that he wanted to run a test on the engine to see if my car was having this issue (it was). Without any prompting on my part, Jim informed me that all service would be performed free-of-charge, and it was completed within two days. Not only did Jim take the time to explain the cause of the problem and the steps that were taken to address it, but when I had a follow up question three days later, he responded to my emails within minutes. While it is never fun when something goes wrong with one's car, Jim definitely helped to make the process as painless as possible. For that reason, I'd highly recommend Audi Burlington for those looking to service an Audi or who are in the market to purchase one. More

He looks out for my interests when my car is there for service, making sure that whatever repairs are necessary are covered by the warranty whenever possible, and he always makes sure I have some alternate transportation, providing a loaner car whenever I need one. The service set-up at Burlington Audi in general seems to be a good one. I've never had a problem obtaining a service appointment at a time which is convenient for me, and the repairs that have been done have been done right the first time. More
