I had great experience, they provide me with car that took me to Burlington mall, had lunch there, than came back to the dealership and picked my car. even though they washed my car when it was delivered took me to Burlington mall, had lunch there, than came back to the dealership and picked my car. even though they washed my car when it was delivered back to me it was still wet. I recently had my car serviced at Audi Burlington. I am extremely impressed with the level of customer service at this dealership. Jen Gardner handled the scheduling of my service appointment with professi extremely impressed with the level of customer service at this dealership. Jen Gardner handled the scheduling of my service appointment with professionalism and understanding. She managed to get me in that same afternoon!. I moved to the area from out of state over the Summer. I can tell you that Audi Burlington really goes above and beyond in comparison to my experiences at the dealership from which my car was purchased! Great experience! The service on my car took longer than expected, but there was great communication and no issues about my keeping the loaner until my care was ready. The loaner was great and my car came expected, but there was great communication and no issues about my keeping the loaner until my care was ready.
