I purchased an Audi A3-TDI from Audi Burlington in 2010. I have been very pleased with the car - it is fun to drive and works well. Over the last 3 1/2 years I have not had any issues with the car, and have brought it into Audi Burlington for regularly scheduled maintenance as well as a few minor recall repairs (such as one to check that a Diesel Fuel Only sticker is prominently placed near the filler spout, and a more recent one that makes it harder for someone to inadvertently attempt to pump gasoline into the tank). On each occasion I have been able to make my service appointment via the web site or by calling in to the service department and have always had my preferred day and time accommodated. My office is several miles away, and the dealership has always provided a nice Audi loaner for me to use gratis to get to and from work. The dealership and service area is well laid out and easy to drop off a car, even in inclement weather. The service staff engages promptly, make sure to check for other outstanding issue and makes helpful suggestions (would you like us to change summer to winter tires this fall, you have a service coming due in a month - would you like to take care of that today, etc.). I have found the service desk and clerical team to be very pleasant and helpful. On occasion I have waited in the service area for a short service to be completed. It is comfortable and I can get some work done while waiting. When I have left the car, the team call ahead to let you know when to expect it will be ready. No need for me to call and ask that question. You can also return a loaner car and pick up your vehicle well into the evening hours. Overall my consistent experience is that Audi Burlington is an efficient and pleasant service operation to work with. More

I called for a routine 5000 mile service on my A4 and Jeff was able to set me up on a day and time that worked perfect. I had a problem with one of the engine coils, and was lucky enough to have it happen within 2 miles of the dealership. I walked in around 5pm, and Jeff not only greeted me, but recognized me from previou lucky enough to have it happen within 2 miles of the dealership. I walked in around 5pm, and Jeff not only greeted me, but recognized me from previous 15K and 25K service appointments. I sincerely did not expect this, as he deals with dozens of people every day. He was knowledgeable about the possible causes, reassuring that the issue would be resolved quickly and correctly, and understanding of my stress, having just nursed the vehicle from the highway. He also very quickly arranged for me to get a loaner, and I was back on the highway and on the way home in under 20 minutes. It's also worth pointing out that I despite not having purchased my car in this dealership (I purchased it in Pennsylvania), I always feel like I'm greeted with excellent service. More

The service center at Audi of Burlington is terrific. The building itself is very nice and has a covered drive-in where you can drop off your vehicle and the inside offers free wifi. They offered me a courtesy loaner for the 2 days my car was with them, something that I never received at Audi of Brookline where I was forced to pay for non-audi rental cars while my car was being serviced by them. They fixed the issues they found and my car was returned to me cleaned inside and out. I will definitely be driving the extra distance to get tow Audi of Burlington in the future for my service needs. More
Jim was awesome, as usual. He arranged for me to come in the day I called, remembered where I worked and had the shuttle ready to take me back, and had the car ready (and fixed!) when promised.
