I had prepaid for 4 years of service, but because of the pandemic I did not drive for a year, and I brought my car in for its service shortly after the expiration of the contract, and they would make no ex pandemic I did not drive for a year, and I brought my car in for its service shortly after the expiration of the contract, and they would make no exceptions for the pandemic and said that my contract had expired. So they got 1 free year of premiums from me and probably many other people. This is how much respect they have for their customers. More
We happily drive an extra 15-minutes, past an Audi dealer that's only 10-minutes from home, because in our experience, not all Audi dealerships provide of the same quality service (and sales). A Dealership with Values I am stunned by the incredible customer service of Audi Burlington. A recent repair, which turned into a difficult, unforeseeable and expensive is I am stunned by the incredible customer service of Audi Burlington. A recent repair, which turned into a difficult, unforeseeable and expensive issue was handled in a very generous manner. Given the circumstances, the repair costs could have been in part my responsibility. However, Mr. Sehovic, Mr. Gaskell, and the many service technicians worked together to resolve this unexpected problem. To my dismay, I was not charged for a very costly service matter. Aside from my immense gratitude, I want other individuals to know about this customer service story on steroids. When I think back to my initial impressions, I realize how wrong how I was. I assumed that since I was buying an older, used car, I did not matter that much. However, when I expressed my concerns, to Mr. Sehohic, he personally responded. His involvement, along with Mr. Gaskell's throughout my unfortunate dilemma, clearly illustrates the level of integrity and honest of the team. Part of my job, aside from legal, is working on ethics and values within the organization I am employed with. Therefore, I am versed in values that are written on a wall or in a handbook versus ones that are lived by individuals. The entire staff at Audi Burlington are shining examples of the latter. He's a straight shooter, when I bought my car A3 over a year ago at Burlington it still had a service of Audi care left over that nobody informed me of.
