On a recent trip to Massachusetts from Canada I experienced a flat tire. The tire was beyond repair and had to be replaced. Audi Burlington took me on an emergency basis. We were back on the road experienced a flat tire. The tire was beyond repair and had to be replaced. Audi Burlington took me on an emergency basis. We were back on the road quickly. There were three of us were in a car loaded with luggage. This was not a problem: the car was unloaded, the tire replaced, the spare replaced and secured, they cleaned up and the luggage loaded. I Cannot say enough about the friendly staff and comfortable facility. This top-notch dealer took the sting out of a bad situation. Thank you. More
