Great experience w/transmission problem covered under pre-owned warranty. I brought the car in, they looked at it and called me a few hours later to tell me it needed a new transmission. I had picked u pre-owned warranty. I brought the car in, they looked at it and called me a few hours later to tell me it needed a new transmission. I had picked up a loaner from the dealer and used that during the 4 or so days it took to complete the repair. My car was ready earlier than expected and worked right the first time. Nobody tried to sell me another car, more services etc. ..just honored the warranty and made things right. Good guys and good experience. Made me put them 1st on the list of places I look to buy my next car. More

I made my choice to go with Burlington after visiting a number of Audi dealers in Boston and the North Shore. After bad experiences with them I decided on Herb Chambers for my new A6. I also got the best trade-in for my Infiniti and the whole staff was very polite and professional to work with. I highly recommend Josh over at Burlington. Now Jeff is my Service manager and I’m looking forward to servicing my vehicle and others in the years to come. More
