I was at the start of my new car purchase process and first wanted to test other makes and models. Russ was very receptive of that feedback, and remained optimistic. Furthermore, he encouraged my additional planned research and finally stated that if I eventually decided to purchase an Audi, that he would certainly like to see me again. He also encouraged me to visit other Herb Chambers dealerships for my continued make/model research efforts.
