I recently bought an 08 Audi TT, used, still under the new car warranty and with the extended certified Audi warranty for when that runs out. I was looking for a dealer that was more service oriented than new car warranty and with the extended certified Audi warranty for when that runs out. I was looking for a dealer that was more service oriented than ones I previously had experience with (this is my third Audi, and my second TT). I was very lucky to try Audi Burlington. Not only did everyone involved give me extremely polite and knowledgable service, there was excellent communication at every step of the repair process, and the dealership is an absolutely beautiful place that I will be happy to return to for both my Audi as well as any Porsche (I've owned 2) needs. They gave me a well-equipped Q5 loaner, which was quite good advertising since that car was far better than the past Toyota SUVs I've owned. They fairly applied the new car warranty, replacing some quite expensive components, and beyond that they performed an outstanding service revision on the transmission, making my car better than it was when it was new. They also replaced some expendable parts and charged a very fair price for this. They made sure the car was cosmetically perfect, washing and more, so when all was said and done my car looks new and works perfectly. I am recommending this dealer to my friends around Boston who own Audis. More
My check engine light came on just when my Manufacturers Warranty was expiring. I worked with Danielle at Audi of Burlington who went above and beyond to get me an appointment, scheduled a Rental Car delive Warranty was expiring. I worked with Danielle at Audi of Burlington who went above and beyond to get me an appointment, scheduled a Rental Car delivery for me at the dealership (which if I may add was free) as I needed a car to get back to work. I was in and out of the dealership within no time. The next day i anxiously waited for that phone call to see what the damage would be. The call came in around 2pm with nothing but great news. My car had been fixed and ready for pick up at NO cost. I still couldn't believe it, drove to the dealership, dropped off the rental at the dealer and drive off the lot in less than 15 minutes. The best car service experience I have ever had my whole life. Thanks to all of you at Audi in Burlington for exhibiting such excellent Customer Service . Keep up the great work. More

When I first purchased the car, I had trouble with the voice commands for both the hands-free phone and the navigation. I also had trouble getting all my contacts into the car, as memory space was taken u voice commands for both the hands-free phone and the navigation. I also had trouble getting all my contacts into the car, as memory space was taken up by the previous owner/driver’s contacts and the contacts were not removed when the car was sold to me. However, despite the problems that I had with the car at the beginning, the service people at Audi have been very helpful in answering my questions and solving these technological problems. They have worked hard to make sure that I am fully satisfied with the service I receive. More
Excellent interaction experience with this dealership. Rick was my salesman. He was very competent and knowledgeable about the CPO car ( 2006 Audi A8L) I eventually wound up purchasing. He spent a lot of time making certain the car was prepped and detailed for delivery. His post service follow-up was also excellent. I also dealt with Jason Greziek who was instrumental in fixing some items with the car and offering me some valuable discounts on some protective add-ons. Shortly after taking possession of the car, it unfortunately needed a few more repairs. Matt Sullivan in their Client Care Department, did an extraordinary job of helping me and coordinating the service needed and loaner car arrangements to meet my work schedule. Overall, I am very impressed with the Audi Burlington Team. They really make things right. I highly recommend this dealership. More

I have recently moved to the area and I drive a 2009 Audi A4 and I was looking for a new dealer to service my Audi. I did a little bit of research and came across this website and saw that many people have recommended this dealership in regards to both sales and service. I gave them a call because I needed a 25k service and to my surprise they were able to take me in same day and provide me with a loaner so that I could go about my day. All work was explained thoroughly and they even washed and vacuumed my car at no charge. They were all very friendly and very accommodating. Needless to say I have found my new dealership! I am from NH and I drive a 2007 Audi a4, I was in the Boston area for a consult with my doctor at Brigham and Womens Hospital when my left rear tire went flat; four hours from my home. I had my car towed to the Herb Chambers Audi in Burlington and was More than happy with my visit. The two gentlemen that i dealt with, Matt and Chris, were friendly, comforting, and reasurring that i would be back on the road ASAP, which i was shortly after i arrived. I would give this dealership and their staff five stars, If i lived closer, this would be the dealership of my choice. Matt, Chris, and the rest of the staff made a very stressful situation far from home easy and quick. More

Burlington was close to me and the people I spoke with there, Matt Sullivan and Danielle Flanagan, helped alleviate my stress by taking my car on the same day I called, explained everything they were going to do with my A3 and had it fixed promptly. My A3 has been fine since then but if anything ever goes wrong with it I know where to take it from now on. More
