My wife and I purchased an A3 from Audi Burlington yesterday and Rick legier was the sales person we worked with. He was not pushy, the negotiation process was comfortable as we came to an agreement on price, and the whole process was efficient and respecful of our time. He also took the initiative to create a "cheat sheet" for his customers that provides a full range of contacts both for the dealership and for Audi support and also outlines service intervals, oil and fuel recommendations etc. all on one piece of paper. While I am one of those few people who actually does read the manual it is also very nice to have the critical information at ones fingertips. More
I made an appointment to have my 2009 Audi in for service a few days later. Service said they would get us a loaner car from Enterprise, since they've sold off all their Audi loaner cars. I called the day before service to ask if I could bring my car in the day before the appointment, since I needed to take a friend to her chemo appointment in Boston at 8:00AM the day of service. I reminded the service rep that I needed an Enterprise car. He said he already knew. I was told to bring the car in at 4:00. I came from Ipswich and got there at exactly 4:00. The young man in service (I think his name was Jeff) said he would call Enterprise. I thought he told me he'd have the car there waiting for me. After calling Enterprise, he told me, "Enterprise is out of cars. You'll need to reschedule your service." I drove 45 minutes through the traffic of 128! Very upset, I went to see the manager, Casy Richenburg. He told me the same. No personal interest or care! They acted like robots, reciting their lines! Where is the TRUST, RELIABILITY, RESPONSIBILITY that Herb Chambers stresses in his ads??? I"ll go to a different dealership in the future! More
We were Honda Element shopping and happened to find one that we liked at this Audi dealership. We also shopped around at other dealerships and became frustrated with the lengthy sales process. Working with Jason in person and over the phone, he asked the right questions, listened to the answers, quickly understood our concerns and issues and moved swiftly to clear them out of the way to make us happy with our choice of cars and choice of dealership. Purchasing a car can be a frustrating, linear process, but Jason made it fun, respected our time and clearly worked well as a team with his colleagues to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase and the experience. He made it happen and it was a pleasure working with him. More

The price of the car was also terrific - much cheaper than any of the other dealerships we found online. Jasson our saleperson was excellent to work with and very knowledgeable about the Q7 we test drove. He would email or call to keep us up to date on what was happening with the purchase. He made sure we understood how to work all of the gadgets before we left and just made the experience fun. He wasn't pushy and I would recommend him to anyone interested in buying an Audi. I would also recommend the dealership as well. More

I never expected to walk in on a Monday afternoon and drive away by 7:30pm the same day with a new vehicle. Thanks to Rick, the fellow who appraised my vehicle, and the financing guru at Burlington Audi, I could not be more of a happy, excited consumer. The best part is that I'm 110% pleased with how everything went! I never felt rushed- and always felt reassured. I went to 3 different dealers trying to find the right Audi that was decent mileage and affordable to my wife and I, not an easy task when you have 2 daughters in college. We test drove at the other dealerships as well and Tom knew a lot more about the car than anybody else we talked to. Tom called us the next day and the day after that, checking in and making sure we were all set. We headed back ready to finally trade in our Honda, and Pre-Owned Manager Anthony got involved to check out our old car and make sure Tom was treating us well. The two of them were really funny. We shot the breeze with a couple of the other sales guys and the girl who does the Internet stuff, and everybody just seemed to be having fun and ready to help. I hoped to get a few more bucks for my trade but I know I got a great deal on the car and it even included the maintenance so I know we'll be happy for a long time! Joseph helped me get a better rate than I hoped and set me up with a deal on the Lojack. More
Jasson McNallie is a great sales consultant. He is funny, patient, and above all honest. In general, I don't trust car salesmen, as they typically are just trying to make a sale. I was referred to Rick Legier at Audi Burlington by a friend who has had a great experience with this dealership. I purchased a beautiful pre-certified Avant wagon at a great price. After driving the wagon for several weeks, I realized that I may have made a mistake. I have driven an SUV for many years and didn't appreciate the fact that I really like the size and feel of driving a bigger car. Although the wagon was a fabulous looking car and fantastic to drive, I wasn't content with my purchase. I called Rick and told him my concerns. Herb Chambers has an amazing 30 day/1500 mi. return program. Rick immediately said we want you to love the car you are driving! He and his Manager, Adnan Sehovic, went to great lengths in helping me find the Q5 SUV that I am now driving. They were incredibly understanding of the situation and facilitated the transaction flawlessly. I am so happy with my new Q5 and am dually impressed with the service and attention that I received from Rick and Adnan. First, I highly recommend Audi, and second, I would strongly encourage buying a vehicle at Herb Chambers given the dealerships customer service ie.. the return program, and quality Sales people. The entire sales process was smooth and quick, and I would (and have) definitely recommend the dealership to anyone looking to buy an Audi. I've only had to bring my car in once for service, and they had a loaner ready for me to go when I dropped my car off. Nobody ever wants to bring their car to the shop, but when I do I like to know that the dealership works hard to make the experience as smooth as possible. More
