My daughter was looking to buy a 2012 A5 and after visiting other Audi dealerships my daughter and I made the trip to Herb Chambers Audi in Burlington, MA. We were treated by Greg Johnson, discussed our options and ended up buying a 2011 loaded A5. Greg and his manager couldn't have been better. Price and value were concerns. The HC folks worked very hard to make concessions on price, trade in allowance and financing package which resulted in my daughter purchasing her "dream car". The sales experience that we had was so positive that a week later I returned and bought a Q5 from Greg. At the time of my daughter buying her A5 I had no intention of trading in my Eddie Bauer Explorer but with the no pressure approach we had gotten from Greg, I thought it was worth going back and speaking with him about a Q5. Greg searched for the exact car I wanted and found one coming in on the next ship to Providence. While the car has not yet been delivered, Greg has kept me informed, almost daily, with status updates on the delivery expectations. There is a reason why I drove from Southeastern Massachusetts to Burlington, passing (by my estimation) three other Audi dealerships and that is Greg Johnson and his sales approach. Greg and the HC team in Burlington couldn't have provided a better car buying experience. More
My name is Chris, owner of an Audi Q7, which unfortunately has turned out to be a lemon. I have been to Audi dealerships seven times this past year. anywhere from Virginia,New York,Nashua(THE W unfortunately has turned out to be a lemon. I have been to Audi dealerships seven times this past year. anywhere from Virginia,New York,Nashua(THE WORST) and lately to Burlington. I think that if all Audi dealers and employees work and treat their customers the way Burlington Audi does, Audi could be the best in customer service. I was there twice. they give you a loaner car without having to fight for it. They call you to give you an update with the status of your car. They make an appointment for you as soon as possible and not weeks later and it is the way they honored their clients. After all the problems I've experienced with this car as a buyer i never thought my next car could be an Audi again. Burlington Audi had me reconsider. I hope it wasn't just the one person that i dealt with.Sorry if i'm bitter with other dealers but when you buy an Audi you have higher standards. More
I can't comment on the actually buying experience since I didn't actually get that far after my visit to Herb Chambers Audi of Burlington, but I did want to take a moment to comment on the service I received didn't actually get that far after my visit to Herb Chambers Audi of Burlington, but I did want to take a moment to comment on the service I received during my visit to test drive a TT and discuss pricing. After a week or two of going back and forth between different dealers in the area, including another Audi dealer in Long Island, NY, this visit was by far the most relaxed and informative one yet. First, Tom Viner, the internet sales manager was very good about emailing and keeping in touch, without being pushy. Several other dealers have emailed me repeatedly trying to get me to come in and provide details about my trade in etc, even after I've said I'm no longer interested on the market (just so I can get them off my back); Tom just said to let him know when I wanted to come in and that there were some great local roads I could take the car on. When I got there Tom greeted me and introduced me to Gregory, a sales advisor. After quickly discussing what I wanted to accomplish, he photocopied my drivers license and pulled up the car--no 1-hour-long talk about my trade-in and life story and desired monthly payments etc. like has been the case at other dealers. Then we went on what had to be a 15- or 20-minute-long test (if not more) around Burlington, going on a mix of local roads and highways that really allowed me to get a feel for the car (in short: solid, glued to the road, clearly very well built). Unlike my test drive of a BMW at a dealer in New York, Gregory discussed the car with me as I drove, but didn't dictate to me how I should drive. If anything, he encouraged me to push the car a little more around the corners so that I could really see what it was capable of. If there is anything I hate when looking for a performance-oriented car is feeling like you can't actually see that side of the car because the salesman is right next to you. When we got back, we discussed some numbers, the availability of the car in question, etc. Suffice to say we couldn't get very far due to a number of issues outside of Gregory and the dealer's control, but it was very low pressure regardless and one of the managers even came over to essentially apologize for not being able to be more competitive and earn my business. Then, Gregory even walked me out to my car and gave me some advice about how to proceed with my car search. So, in short, this is a great place to buy a car, and if I do decide on the TT in the end, I'd go back to Audi of Burlington in a heartbeat. Also, the dealership is really beautiful, especially compared to Audi of Brookline (which also has very friendly staff based on my visit there when a friend was getting a car) where you feel like you're at a used car lot. My overall experience at Audi Burlington was very, very good. Jay Levy, our sales associate, has been nothing but helpful, fair and considerate. My situation is perhaps a bit more challenging than most, as good. Jay Levy, our sales associate, has been nothing but helpful, fair and considerate. My situation is perhaps a bit more challenging than most, as my cars need to be modified to accomodate a physical handicap. Jay was EXTREMELY helpful in allowing this to happen. He secured the necessary technical data ahead of time for my modification facility. He has also provided help since then, towards the same end. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from him! I also received help - over-and-above what might be expected - from a technician in the service department, Jason Russo. He spent considerate time on the telephone with my modification facility, assisting them in solving a very complication issue that arose as my car was worked on. His help was invaluable to me. I can, without qualification, attest to Audi Burlington being handicapped-friendly. More
After working with James Parolisi I was most impressed with the level of communication I received. I appreciated getting updates on the status of parts and repairs, and I think I even got a call saying he with the level of communication I received. I appreciated getting updates on the status of parts and repairs, and I think I even got a call saying he wasn't sure when the car would be ready but he'd call me when he knew more, -that's the level of communication that puts Audi customers at ease. I also wanted to acknowledge the work that Jason the Audi Tec did, he is a real MVP. Not only did he take time to listen as I was explaining the issues with the car, he waited till I was finished to diagnose the problem. He is truly a master of his craft. He caught a few other minor issues that would have caused major problems down the line, as well as taking the initiative to replace a worn out part that he discovered. His workmanship is unparalleled, and the car is running as well as ever thanks to his attention to detail. I got the sense that both of them take pride in their work and really enjoy what they do, -that most of all translates into a positive customer experience. Without hesitation I would recommend anyone who is interested in servicing or maintaining their Audi to them. Jon K. A8 More

I worked with a friendly sales guy, Jasson McNallie, who instantly made me feel comfortable and let me take my time looking at the two cars I was interested in. He gave me the information about both cars and answered my zillion questions. We test drove both the cars...twice. I actually had a great time with Jasson. His easy going personality made me feel like I was car shopping with a friend. I never felt pressured to make a decision. Jasson was very honest, straight forward and did exactly what he said (something I like in car sales persons). Normally, I absolutely dread car shopping and dealing with car sales people, but Jasson definitely changed my mind about the whole process. The whole experience was great. I had a smile on my face the entire time I was at the dealership, the whole way home and for days afterwards. My co-workers even noticed how happy I was when I drove the car to work. Jasson even called me the next day to check on how the car was doing and to make sure I was happy with my purchase....and sent a thank you letter in the mail. I have never been treated so well when buying a car. I would recommend Jasson to anyone and everyone. More
My husband and I visited Audi of Burlington earlier today to look at a used A5. After reviewing what we were looking for and what our budget was, Jasson helped us lease a new 2012 A5. It was the easiest and most pleasant experience that I have ever had at a car dealership - Jasson listened to what we wanted and made it happen. We ordered my car today, and will be picking it up in December. We really appreciated his approach and candidness - there was no pressure at all. Top notch. More
My wife and I purchased an A3 from Audi Burlington yesterday and Rick legier was the sales person we worked with. He was not pushy, the negotiation process was comfortable as we came to an agreement yesterday and Rick legier was the sales person we worked with. He was not pushy, the negotiation process was comfortable as we came to an agreement on price, and the whole process was efficient and respecful of our time. He also took the initiative to create a "cheat sheet" for his customers that provides a full range of contacts both for the dealership and for Audi support and also outlines service intervals, oil and fuel recommendations etc. all on one piece of paper. While I am one of those few people who actually does read the manual it is also very nice to have the critical information at ones fingertips. More
I made an appointment to have my 2009 Audi in for service a few days later. Service said they would get us a loaner car from Enterprise, since they've sold off all their Audi loaner cars. I called the day a few days later. Service said they would get us a loaner car from Enterprise, since they've sold off all their Audi loaner cars. I called the day before service to ask if I could bring my car in the day before the appointment, since I needed to take a friend to her chemo appointment in Boston at 8:00AM the day of service. I reminded the service rep that I needed an Enterprise car. He said he already knew. I was told to bring the car in at 4:00. I came from Ipswich and got there at exactly 4:00. The young man in service (I think his name was Jeff) said he would call Enterprise. I thought he told me he'd have the car there waiting for me. After calling Enterprise, he told me, "Enterprise is out of cars. You'll need to reschedule your service." I drove 45 minutes through the traffic of 128! Very upset, I went to see the manager, Casy Richenburg. He told me the same. No personal interest or care! They acted like robots, reciting their lines! Where is the TRUST, RELIABILITY, RESPONSIBILITY that Herb Chambers stresses in his ads??? I"ll go to a different dealership in the future! More
