The work was completed within the time promised and we had use of a beautiful Q5 rental. Jeff and other members of the service team were extremely courteous and professional. We are currently considering the purchase of a Audi Q5 S exactly like the loaner vehicle we drove. Based on our recent experience at Herb Chamber's Audi, we will definitely consider negotiating a purchase with them . In any event, we will continue to service our A5 there indefinitely. I was lucky enough to be assigned to Caitlin, who immediately put me at ease with her congenial manner. We talked a bit, and she was able to field the technical questions, while we arranged for a test drive. Opposite to my experiences elsewhere, Caitlin wanted me to really drive the car to make sure that I was getting what was right for me. She also didn't pressure me with the obvious and schlocky tactics that others employ. When it came time to look at the numbers, she was also adept. Kudos to Audi of Burlington and it's Sales Manager to have hired such good people, and especially Caitlin M. If you are looking to have a good buying experience, and want to skip the BS, ask for Caitlin by name. You'll be glad you did. More

I emailed 3 dealers and told them exactly what I was looking for - car, down payment and monthly payment. All three called me right away, but Audi Burlington was the only one who wouldn't give me numbe looking for - car, down payment and monthly payment. Eventually I got an email from them with a "range" that was $200/month over what the other dealers had quoted me (actual numbers, over the phone). It was insulting. I had already purchased my gorgeous new Audi at another dealer when I got a "we'll match any price" email. All this dealer cared about was "getting me in", I assume to wear me down and play games - which was my experience with Herb Chambers 20 years ago. It's sad really that they are still doing business like this. With the information available to consumers these days they should really get with the program. More

I gave Jonathan and Audi of Burlington great ratings because they were friendly, professional, and really helped us out of a bad situation with a certified preowned car we bought there nine months earli because they were friendly, professional, and really helped us out of a bad situation with a certified preowned car we bought there nine months earlier. Their service department really took care of us during those nine months, and we ultimately were able to trade in the touble vehicle for a new A4 on a 3 year lease with no money down. I usually get an unsettling feeling when I have to bring my car into a shop. But the folks at Audi Burlington have nailed the service work every time. 15 years ago before going back to school for Electric my car into a shop. But the folks at Audi Burlington have nailed the service work every time. 15 years ago before going back to school for Electrical Engineering I used to be a mechanic – Have a degree in Automotive Science too , so I know a thing or two about diagnostic work and repairs. I'm over 40 years old now, and having been on both sides of the fence I can really appreciate the high level of customer service provided and quality of workmanship delivered. Recently I took my 2009 V10 S6 into them (Jim Parolisi; he's really attentive) for work – I spent around $2K with them. I had some service work & some Dent-Doctor work performed. I must say the car runs excellent now. The low-end power now on the S6 is ridiculous. Additionally I can't tell that there were ever any dings where the Dent-Dr work was performed – no matter how many angles I look at it from. To summarize, Audi's are expensive – all of them. Be prepared to spend some good money, or go buy a Toyota. With respect to some of the other posts, I like to remind folks to be realistic. Although Audi Burlington has continued to deliver outstanding customer service and workmanship to me, it's important that folks temper their high standards & expectations with the understanding that sometimes things just don't work out – That's life. I originally bought my Audi from Jasson and recently had to take it back in for service. John was very helpful in getting me set up with a loaner while my car was being worked on. My car was fixed quick to take it back in for service. John was very helpful in getting me set up with a loaner while my car was being worked on. My car was fixed quickly, and I was able to pick it up in the evening which allowed me to not have to leave work early. All in all, I would definitely use this service department again. More
I have always dreaded the car buying experience. You know when you know what you are looking for, but you are constantly being pushed into something else. This was not the case for even a second in working with Rick @ Audi Burlington. The minute I walked through the door, I was greeted in a friendly and welcoming manner by him. He was not the typical "pushy" saleman who doesn't give you a breath to take in the experience. Rick was there to answer any and all questions I had and was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and anything and everything I needed and/or wanted to know about. I have been to plenty of dealerships and I rarely walk out of one with a feeling of pleasure and gratitude. Rick allowed me to have a great experience and has changed my view of car salesmen. I would recommend anyone going to see Rick and working with Audi of Burlington. The atmosphere was friendly and the experience cannot be compared to any I have even had while buying a car. Thanks to Rick, I now have not only an amazing car to enjoy, but also a wonderful experience to talk about. From the moment I walked through the door to the minute I signed my name on the dotted lines, I was pleased and I would expect the same experience for anyone who walks through the doors at Audi Burlington and meets Rick for the first time!
