I'm giving Herb Chambers Audi Burlington a 1-star based on an Alignment Issue with Audi Burlington in regards to the service on my Audi S4 - Alignment Issue (which destroyed 4 new tires valued at $250 on an Alignment Issue with Audi Burlington in regards to the service on my Audi S4 - Alignment Issue (which destroyed 4 new tires valued at $250 per) - After having my car serviced for an Alignment by Herb Chambers Audi Burlington which was a direct result of purchasing 4 235/45 R18 ($1000) I noticed that the inside wall of my New Tires were severely worn down to the steel wall so I drove my S4 to Herb Chambers Audi Burlington to check the alignment to make sure after driving less than 600 miles my alignment was still in place. Much to my chagrin I was told that my alignment was fine and that my tires were defective which was news to me! So I took my car to another Audi Dealership 15 miles away and contrary to Herb Chambers Audi Burlington enough my car was wayyyy out of Alignment in which I was provided a printed document proving so making Herb Chambers Audi Burlington LIARS!! At this point my blood is boiling over and I drive to Herb Chambers Audi Burlington demanding answers/remedy for 4 Dunlop Derezza Winter Sport SP tires valued at ($1000) and a new alignment. I spoke with Jim Parolisi and he directed me to his pathetic Service Manager who tried to defend lying about my car being in alignment and then lie about the numbers generated on his aligment machine by stating when asked if there was a guideline or manual for alignments for all S4's he stated that THERE'S NO GUIDELINE OR MANUAL but ironically enough that was a set-up question because Audi Westwood & Audi Corp in Detroit PROVIDED ME with the information. One would think that Herb Chambers Burlington Service Manager would have great customer service skills and quickly remedy this problem so that I would continue giving them business but that DEFINITELY WON'T HAPPEN. I buy Audi vehicles because they are a superior vehicle and because of the great reputation for service on their vehicles not because I want to be taking advantage of and LIED TO!! I'm very suspicious of all the superior reviews on this site because I know several other people who have experience my situation at Herb Chambers Audi Burlington but don't have the time or energy to write a detailed review. Clearly giving Herb Chambers Audi Burlington a second chance was the wrong decision. Herb Chambers Audi Burlington never compensated for my $1000 tires or a realignment so I had to get Audi Corp in Detroit involved. More

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience thus far with Audi Burlington. From my initial visit when I was looking at getting a new car (thank you Jasson McNallie) to my first serv experience thus far with Audi Burlington. From my initial visit when I was looking at getting a new car (thank you Jasson McNallie) to my first service appointment with Jim Parolisi, the staff has been wonderful. Customer Service obviously means a lot to this team and it shows. My initial service took only a couple of hours, but I was provided with a loaner car so that I didn’t have to wait around. The added bonus to this trip was when I picked up my car I noticed that not only had they washed it but they had vacuumed out my back seat! I have a yellow lab:) It’s the little things! More
From the first phone call to make my appointment I felt as if the people were taking the time for me and my individual needs. I have young children and needed a car while mine was being worked on. The young man that scheduled my appointment was very attentive to my needs. He was able to get me in last minute and a free Audi to drive while my vehicle was being worked on. When I arrived there Jeff was friendly, professional and courteous. My car was done before the estimated time they gave me. I was in and out picking up my car in less than 10 minutes. Then a young woman called days letter to make sure my car was running properly and she cared how My experience was. I think this is the way to treat a customer. I will always have my car serviced there and will definitely purchase my next vehicle here. Thumbs up Audi Burlington. It's nice to know people still care about small details and personalized attention. Keep up the good work!!! More

John helped me schedule my service visit easily and quickly. Once I arrived I was greeted by a very nice young man who gave my vehicle the once over and ushered me inside to speak with a service advise quickly. He quickly found my appointment and and confirmed all of my concerns that were being addressed. Before I knew it he was handing me the keys to a brand new A6 that was waiting in the service drive and I was off to work Later that afternoon Jeff called me back to tell the service was complete and I could pick up my vehicle at my convenience. When I returned Jeff was walked me over to the the cashier and asked if I had any questions while a valet pulled my squeaky clean Audi to the door so I could jump right in. John even followed up to make sure that had a great experience and said that he was looking forward to my next visit. Everyone that I dealt with was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional I will not be going anywhere else for service. A truly refreshing dealership experience compared to others I have visited. More
