This was a follow-up post-delivery visit to aquaint us with the features of the Q7. This is our first Audi and our initial experience was a comedy of errors, and very frustrating, but after meeting with J with the features of the Q7. I was very impressed with the folks at the Burlington dealership. From the General Manager, Adnan Sehovic to Nick Dota and Jonathan they were all outstanding. My first visit to the dealership was back in early June. I met with Nick and Jonathan who were more than willing to help familiarize me with Audi features, the Quatro system, models and pricing. I test drove an A6 and A7, when I left I had a better understanding of the car I wanted. I frequently travel on business for extended periods of time and was not back in Massachusetts and the dealership until late August. I contacted the dealership and set up a time to visit. What I discovered was not only the same outstanding level of customer service experienced back in June but that Jonathan and Nick remembered exactly the car I was looking for down to the unusual color type. This is my second Audi. Previously I owned a 2002 1.8 TT Coupe. I was looking to upgrade to a new TT or a Porsche. Bang & Olufsen sound system, navigation, Bluetooth; the new design with front and real LED lights, this car is simply incredible. I got a fair price for my trade-in, and based on the work this dealership did on my TT over the years, I know they will take a good care of my A5 now and in the future. More

I just bought a 2012 A6 CPO from Burlington Audi. I live in North Carolina and was after a 2012 certified A6 in a certain color and option combination, and it finally popped up in Boston. The price was reasonable given it was a CPO car with very low miles. Since it was a CPO car (I've bought one before), I knew I could buy it without test driving it because of the high quality standard it has to meet before it could be certified by Audi. I did my test driving in NC, then knew what I wanted. Jon Miranda was my salesperson. He was very candid when he did a physical inspection of the car with me on the phone. I went ahead and purchased it long distance. We did all the paperwork via email and originals by mail. Since Massachusetts doesn't have a temporary license plate system, Jon did a great job of explaining the entire process for me to get my new car, and laying it out clearly in an email. This let me set my expectations on how long it would take before I could arrange a flight to pick up the car. It took close to 2 weeks from initial sale until I could get the NC DMV to issue me NC plates to put on the car and drive it home. Jon offered to pick me up from Boston airport so I didn't have to deal with an expensive taxi ride, which I appreciated so much. And he did it on a morning that he wasn't scheduled to work! When I got to the dealership, the car was beautifully detailed and waiting for me. As I examined the car's condition, it was exactly as Jon described on the phone. Jon spent plenty of time going over the car's many high-tech features, and also the Audi Connect subscription, which I took advantage of. Over the years, car salesmen have earned a bad reputation (and many deservedly so), but Jon Miranda is one of the good ones. Very professional, not pushy and customer focused. He gets my highest praise, and I recommend him to anyone in the Boston area looking for an Audi. More
