Peter provides excellent service and information and was flexible with my timeline and preferences. I moved to the area from out of state over the Summer. I recently purchased a new 2014 Audi Q5 from Audi Burlington in Burlington, MA. My sales consultant, Jonathan Yeshulas, worked with me extensively over the course of several days to find the car that Burlington in Burlington, MA. I got a great deal on the car and a great loan rate with the help of Dennis Saint-Aubin, their business manager, and I drove away as one happy customer. Shortly after I purchased the car, I started experiencing some hip pain that was being caused by the driver's seat. I have a medical condition that affects my joints, and the seats in this car were firmer than any other car I had owned in the past. I thought that would be beneficial, but I was wrong. I tried many things to adapt the seat to work for me, but nothing I tried worked and the pain kept getting worse. With all my options exhausted, I called Jonathan and explained my situation. I asked if there was any way that I could trade in my new Q5 and buy back my previous trade-in, and much to my relief he said that I could. The sales manager at Audi Burlington, Nicholas Dota, worked with Jonathan to give me the best possible trade-in price on the Q5 and my old car, and Dennis got me a great rate on the small loan to cover the difference. These guys turned a potential catastrophe for me into a minor inconvenience. If you're ever in the market for a new Audi, these are definitely the people you want to call. I have no doubt that Jonathan, Dennis, and Nicholas will work as hard for you as they did for me. More

Unlike other salesmen that I met in the past, he took the time to answer any and all questions that I had, and he didn't try and pressure me to buy a vehicle within the first minute that I met him. I would not hesitate to recommend Jay Levy and the Audi Burlington dealership to my family and friends, because of the way in which I was treated while I was there. I want to take the time to let people that are reading this review know, that if I could have given higher grades, I would have. I also have a job that deals with the public, and I can certainly recognize great customer skills, when I see them. More
I was in a 2011 A8L which Jon Miranda put me in as a Salesman. It was my third A8L. Jon was always the best salesman I've worked with over the years. My lease wasn't up until the end of 2013, but Jon Miranda, now at Burlington Audi, called me with a deal I couldn't refuse. He offered a 2013 S8 outfitted with the same options as my A8, and put me in for almost the same price. While I have great confidence in Jon, I was a bit concerned because he moved to a dealership that was about 12 miles further away from the one I had been working with over the past 6 years. But Jon quickly removed those concerns by offering to bring a loaner car to me whenever I needed service and return my car to me when done. When I visited Audi Burlington for the first time, I met with the General Manager, Adnan Sehovic, who introduced himself to me and reinforced this same service feature. The facility is new, the service area excellent, and easy to reach right off the highway. Jon Miranda showed me a number of S8 vehicles he had on the lot and I found one that was perfect. I was planning a trip and he went above board to make arrangements to get the vehicle registered over the weekend. The only step that couldn't be handled over the weekend was getting the vehicle emissions inspection. I told him not to worry about it and that I would take care of it near my work. He offered to pay for the service as well. To my surprise, I got a call from Jon that following Monday and he said he was driving to my office and he would take my car personally to the inspection garage so I wouldn't have to be bothered. I couldn't believe it. Oh, and by the way, when I first picked up the car the prior Friday, the process was perfect. Jon showed me all the new features, got my wireless service set up on the spot, and even gave me a bottle of this incredible bourbon. Now this is my definition of extraordinary service. Thank you Jon Miranda and the team at Audi Burlington. More
