Let me start by stating I have never taken the time nor had the desire to leave a review of a car dealership. I was so pleased with my dealings at Heb Chambers Audi, I have decided to do so this time. I had the desire to leave a review of a car dealership. I was so pleased with my dealings at Heb Chambers Audi, I have decided to do so this time. I was interested in a particular vehicle on their lot which had been traded in. The individual who I spoke with on the phone came downstairs and greeted me within minutes of my arrival. After a brief introduction, he introduced me to Shawn Quinn. Shawn was extremely polite and easy to converse with. He wasted no time and had me behind the wheel of the vehicle I was interested in within 10 minutes. We was knowledgeable of the vehicle, even though it was not an Audi or Porsche. As the vehicle was to be for my wife, at the conclusion of our meeting, he introduced me to Mikail Moiseyev, a manager. Mikail spoke politely and professionally with me. He made himself available the following day to evaluate my trade in. The following day it took a total of an hour for Mikail and I to reach an agreement as to trade in value and the cost of his vehicle. The negotiation was more professional and less stressful than any I have ever had in the past. Guess what.....Mikail gets it, professional and straight forward negotiations will win out every time!! Unfortunately after sitting down with my wife and reviewing our finances, we realized the purchase of this vehicle was not the right move for us at this time. When I explained this to both Mikail and Shawn 48 hours later, I was shocked they did not try and change my mind or hold my down payment over my head, but rather politely explained they understood and immediately reimbursed me my down payment. It is for that reason alone, when the time is right for such a purchase, I will again visit Herb Chambers Audi, and try to work with Shawn and Mikail if they're still at the dealership. More

I called for a routine 5000 mile service on my A4 and Jeff was able to set me up on a day and time that worked perfect. I had a problem with one of the engine coils, and was lucky enough to have it happen within 2 miles of the dealership. I walked in around 5pm, and Jeff not only greeted me, but recognized me from previou lucky enough to have it happen within 2 miles of the dealership. I walked in around 5pm, and Jeff not only greeted me, but recognized me from previous 15K and 25K service appointments. I sincerely did not expect this, as he deals with dozens of people every day. He was knowledgeable about the possible causes, reassuring that the issue would be resolved quickly and correctly, and understanding of my stress, having just nursed the vehicle from the highway. He also very quickly arranged for me to get a loaner, and I was back on the highway and on the way home in under 20 minutes. It's also worth pointing out that I despite not having purchased my car in this dealership (I purchased it in Pennsylvania), I always feel like I'm greeted with excellent service. More
We love Audi Burlington! And it is because of the people who work there, people like Caitlin Meuse! We already own an A6 4.2 from them, and were looking for a new either Q5 or Q7 Diesel. These are hard cars to get, but Caitlin had a new one for us to test drive, and we loved it from the start. She worked with us on the numbers, and we signed the deal that very day. But....I then found an IBM discount that applied 2 days later, and she patiently worked with management and redid the numbers to accept that discount. The very best news is that we got the discount, AUDI Burlington was OK car and price wise and Caitlin was not impacted either - clearly a WIN/WIN/WIN for all of us! When we picked up the car, she showed us the ropes of all the new features and also followed up this week, clearly a great example of excellent Customer Service. The service center at Audi of Burlington is terrific. The building itself is very nice and has a covered drive-in where you can drop off your vehicle and the inside offers free wifi. They offered me a courtesy loaner for the 2 days my car was with them, something that I never received at Audi of Brookline where I was forced to pay for non-audi rental cars while my car was being serviced by them. They fixed the issues they found and my car was returned to me cleaned inside and out. I will definitely be driving the extra distance to get tow Audi of Burlington in the future for my service needs. More
