He has a gift of being truly professional and businesslike while knowing how and when to lighten the mood with jokes and humor. I have not been easy to deal with, because I don't know what I want yet and I find this to be a very difficult decision. I have already been there twice and test drive a handful of Cars. Throughout the whole process, Shawn has not pressured me a bit and has patiently shown me a ton of options without giving up on me. I will buy a car soon and when I do, it will be from Shawn. More

The whole service department is professional, friendly, and efficient. They track the small stuff as well as the big items. They are flexible and put the customer first. There are times when I am about to make a long trip and I pull into the Service Center with a question and they help me. I just bought my second car at this dealership in large part because of the service department. I know I can depend on them and their work. If additional work needs to be done I am confident they will follow-thru. We all hate to take a car to be serviced but this department makes it painless. You leave the appointment feeling confident. Oh, by the way, they provide free ice cream... nice touch! More
Ran out of Audi loaners but Wendy got me into a rental car.. I think she went above and beyond even though when I called on Monday for a loaner I was told I was all set don't remember who booked my appoi car.. Outstanding dealership. Jeff is great. I won't go anywhere else anyway because in the past I showed up to have my car repaired and it turns out the service appointment had been scheduled in error at anywhere else anyway because in the past I showed up to have my car repaired and it turns out the service appointment had been scheduled in error at another dealership. I got a loaner and had the repair done without a hitch even though I had literally just walked in. They do a great job and stand by their work if something is not perfect after the car is returned. I was having a problem with my Q5 and called for an appointment. Jim scheduled me for the next morning, which was perfect, and granted my request for a loaner. I was checked in promptly, we reviewed th appointment. Jim scheduled me for the next morning, which was perfect, and granted my request for a loaner. I was checked in promptly, we reviewed the problem and Jim surmised that it was probably related to a very recent recall by Audi. I was given an A6 to borrow - which drives beautifully! Jim called the next morning to tell me that the problem was indeed related to the recall and that my car was ready. Pickup was efficient, car ready and washed, and all done under warrantee so $0! I purchased an Audi A3-TDI from Audi Burlington in 2010. I have been very pleased with the car - it is fun to drive and works well. Over the last 3 1/2 years I have not had any issues with the car, and hav I have been very pleased with the car - it is fun to drive and works well. Over the last 3 1/2 years I have not had any issues with the car, and have brought it into Audi Burlington for regularly scheduled maintenance as well as a few minor recall repairs (such as one to check that a Diesel Fuel Only sticker is prominently placed near the filler spout, and a more recent one that makes it harder for someone to inadvertently attempt to pump gasoline into the tank). On each occasion I have been able to make my service appointment via the web site or by calling in to the service department and have always had my preferred day and time accommodated. My office is several miles away, and the dealership has always provided a nice Audi loaner for me to use gratis to get to and from work. The dealership and service area is well laid out and easy to drop off a car, even in inclement weather. The service staff engages promptly, make sure to check for other outstanding issue and makes helpful suggestions (would you like us to change summer to winter tires this fall, you have a service coming due in a month - would you like to take care of that today, etc.). I have found the service desk and clerical team to be very pleasant and helpful. On occasion I have waited in the service area for a short service to be completed. It is comfortable and I can get some work done while waiting. When I have left the car, the team call ahead to let you know when to expect it will be ready. No need for me to call and ask that question. You can also return a loaner car and pick up your vehicle well into the evening hours. Overall my consistent experience is that Audi Burlington is an efficient and pleasant service operation to work with. More
