When I walked into Audi Burlington I knew exactly what car I had in mind. Russ K. was very attentive, courteous, and understanding throughout the entire sales process. Rus did not attempt to pressure me or lure me into any traditional "Car Salesman" tricks even after I told him I was going to look at a few more of the same vehicle as other local dealerships. Russ was thoughtful in calling me back a few days later to check in on my car buying process and offer his assistance. I would gladly work with Russ again and better yet would refer my friends to work with him as well. More
I have been an Audi driver for the last 15 years and have bought/leased all my vehicles from IRA Audi in Peabody Mass. I was driving a 2007 Q7 at the time with 120,000 miles and it was getting up there and bought/leased all my vehicles from IRA Audi in Peabody Mass. I was driving a 2007 Q7 at the time with 120,000 miles and it was getting up there and thought I should start exploring my options so I went to IRA. They stuck me with the most junior, unknowledge about salesman they could find who's only concern was if I was going to buy the car that day. Nothing about the car was described features, warranties new changes etc. nothing! I proceeded to leave pissed off. I called my service guy at IRA who referred me to his brother at Burlington Audi who then referred me to Bruno Lopes salesman. That poor kid must have driven in 6 cars with me some of them twice just to make sure I was sure of my decision at the same time talking about and showing all the features etc. He knows everything about all Audi's refreshing! Once I decided on a model Mikail Moiseyev in Financing appraised my car at a VERY fair value and helped me get the financing I needed (which was not an easy task). Bruno introduced me to the service department and come to find out my old service rep from IRA is now there Cindy! It was like old home week at Audi Burlington. They took care of all the paperwork transferring of plates etc and I picked my new 2012 A6 sport the next day! When I noticed a scratch a day later I went in and Bruno and the sales manager agreed to fix it and we are currently making an appt (at which time I will get a loaner) what more could you ask for I'm a convert long are the days of IRA Audi I now and forever will be a loyal patron of AUDI Burlington not only for my Audi's in the future but for all my service needs of my current one. Jim Parolisi has been my Service Advisor for several years. On this visit he sent me an email and left a voice message answering my voicemail request for an appointment within an hour of when I had left years. When I arrived he had the paperwork ready, answered a couple of questions clearly and let me know there were some computer updates for the car which would be installed during the visit. He is a good listener, noting my requests and making sure that the service department covered each of them. He is friendly, upbeat, very knowledgeable and answers questions directly without skirting the issue. Jim is efficient and never wastes time, especially when I wait for the car servicing rather than take a loaner. His relationship with his colleagues is friendly which allows him to find out more details if needed. More
Yesterday I took delivery of a new 2014 A6 TDI and Russ Karkachov took the extra time to make sure that I was familiar with all the features of this technologically advanced vehicle. Our experience working with Jon was the complete opposite - since he was extremely straightforward, efficient, friendly, and helpful. Once we purchased our new car, he also took the time the explain all of the features, which was an extra step that was much appreciated. Overall I had a very good experience with Audi Burlington and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or CPO Audi. I was looking at CPO A3's, CPO A4 Wagons, and new A4 sedans. I had already visited and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or CPO Audi. I was looking at CPO A3's, CPO A4 Wagons, and new A4 sedans. I had already visited Audi Shrewsbury, Audi Natick, and Audi Nashua. They are nice dealerships and I had good "shopping" experiences with them, but I'm glad I purchased from Audi Burlington. A lot of it goes back to the sales person(Jason Piazza). My first visit was to test drive an A4 sedan. I was close to pulling the trigger on a new A4 sedan, because I had a hard time finding a CPO in the price range I wanted to spend on a used car. Audi Burlington had the color/trim level I wanted in stock and was close to where I worked. I liked the vehicle, but I'm more of a hatchback/wagon person. So, I left undecided. That night, I was browsing online and noticed that Audi Burlington just got in a CPO A4 Wagon. I emailed Jason about the availability. Not only was he prompt with his reply, but he took some pictures on his cell phone and emailed them to me. This extra effort was well appreciated, because the internet didn't have the real pictures yet. I drove and purchased it the next day. There were some paperwork hiccups, but nothing I could fault the dealership with. And Jason was prompt and very helpful getting through those hiccups. I've had my car for about a month now and I'm still smiling. More

A few weeks later my phone rang, it was Caitlin with the good news. I test drove the car, fell in love, and bought it that day. It was very refreshing dealing with a knowledgable sales person who was not just there to sell me a car, but sell me the right car. I would definitely recommend this dealership (especially Caitlin) to anyone who asks. More
