no service received for small parts purchase I needed to buy a new piece of insulation around one of the headlights for my Audi Allroad. Arriving at Audi Burlington the person at the parts counte I needed to buy a new piece of insulation around one of the headlights for my Audi Allroad. Arriving at Audi Burlington the person at the parts counter wanted me to describe it rather than having me point it out directly to him (my car was parked right outside). He said he was the only one covering the desk and he could not leave, which I understand, but there were no other customers there, neither did he attempt to make any reasonable suggestions to help any other way other than having me describe what I am talking about. After a little back-and-forth, one of the managers happened to walk by and convinced the parts person that it would not be too much hassle to simply walk outside. So, walking outside to the car was not such a problem after all! He then came with me and we identified the part needed, which was ordered for slightly above $100. I know driving an Audi comes at a cost, original parts are not cheap and the $100 are not breaking the bank for me, but if you see the small piece of plastic I am talking about you think it should not cost more than $5. Anyways, I know this is subjective, but my point is that I mistakenly expected to receive some service with this, because that’s part of why you are paying a premium. Coming back a week later to collect the part, I asked someone at the service desk if there was anything I needed to do to install the plastic insulation. He sent one of his coworkers to ask a technician in the back and she came back stating I need take out the headlight and then fix the part, but the good news is that I would not need any special tools. I did not expect that this was needed and I have since fitted the piece without taking the headlight out. When I declined to go down that path and said that this would be too much overall cost for what this little insulation was doing he sent me on the way with a sarcastic “a part costing $100 is about the cheapest you can get for a car like this”. I have driven several Audi’s in the past, love the cars, have experienced fantastic service in several places but think this particular situation left me with a bitter taste. Maybe the transaction was not big enough? Helping out by fixing the part would have been no more than a few minutes for a Audi service person. Following this review, a customer service manager contacted me to follow up on my experience, particularly with respect to rebuilding relationships. A Great Sales Experience ! I dealt with Mikail (Sales Manager) and Michael C. (Sales Rep.) and had a very good experience. I've not had good luck with the Audi brand in my previ I dealt with Mikail (Sales Manager) and Michael C. (Sales Rep.) and had a very good experience. I've not had good luck with the Audi brand in my previous purchase of an A3 but Mikal and Michael have been handling my situation very professionally and I respect there attempt to keep me in the Audi brand. I have not yet signed on the dotted line for a new A3 but this experience has certainly changed my attitude towards Audi. My past experience with buying new cars has not been a great one but so far this transaction is going very smoothly and without the hard sell I had become accustom to, overall a pleasant experience that may land me in another A3. I sent an inquiry online and was contacted in less than 15 minutes. Talk about follow up! I went into the dealership and met with Bruno Lopes who was extremely knowledgable and friendly. After driving two cars, I was signing for my A5 in less than 90 minutes. This was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience of my life. Everyone from the Manager, Nick and the Finance Manager, Tengah was so wonderful to work with. I was driving my car off the lot the next day. I would highly recommend this dealership for your next Audi purchase! More

Peter Matton is one of the most technically knowledgeable sales person I every came across in my 25 plus years of buying multiple vehicles for me and my family. He knows the technology of the cars and the competitors extremely well and uses the knowledge to help you through the buying process and get comfortable with your decision. My son (one of the Audi drivers) likes to come back just to hear Peter talk about the technology in his car. Everyone from finance to management to service is very professional but also very accessible, easy and pleasant to work with. From a person who does not usually enjoy the process of buying a car, I have to say this was the best buying experience and was actually enjoyable! More

We were very fortunate to be greeted by Caitlin Meuse as soon as we entered. She was fantastic to work with. She took the time to get to know us & what we wanted without being intrusive or pushy. She explained the different features and options , making it easy to narrow things down and find the perfect car. Negotiating the deal was absolutely painless. We did our homework ahead of time, so we knew the price they gave us was a great value. Caitlin also did a wonderful job going over all the features when we picked the car up. It was so much easier than slogging through the manuals. Highly recommend both Audi Burlington & Caitlin Meuse! More
Pleasant and easy buying experience I take delivery of my A3 this week and the whole process so far has been very easy. I was in twice: once for a test drive and then again for the purch I take delivery of my A3 this week and the whole process so far has been very easy. I was in twice: once for a test drive and then again for the purchase. I drove many other cars in between and there was a pretty good amount of time between the test drive and the purchase. During that time my sales consultant Caitlin was in touch just enough to check in but was not bothersome in any way. I never felt harassed as I did with some other dealers. The day I purchased my car everything was easy, stress-free and comfortable. There was some issue of the business office being short-staffed that day, which slowed things down a little but everyone was accommodating did their best to make sure I was comfortable. I never felt pressured. When it came time for money discussions, the numbers were laid out in a nice transparent way that I felt was very descriptive but also very clear and easy to understand. When it came time to sign contracts and such, the finance manager Tengah was also very easy to work with. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. Next day I had a minor change to make to my contracts. Tengah went out of his way to meet me near my home for a resigning, as the dealer is not extremely close to my house. This is above and beyond as far as I'm concerned. Excellent service, again. All in all I am extremely happy with the buying experience at Audi Burlington and with sales consultant Caitlin Meuse. I would recommend. I am hopeful ownership and service experiences are equally as pleasant. More

Disappointed! Could not be more disappointed. Car was in for 55,000 mile tuneup. Got in it to pick up and two service lights were on before I left the lot. Unfortun Could not be more disappointed. Unfortunately didn't realize this until after I was nearly home because I was to busy resetting the computer settings which had been changed. A complete waste of my time which I will have to return after dropping $1000! More

I have been driving one since 1990. Over the past 20 some years I had been buying my cars, 1st at Pass & Weisz, then at Audi of Burlington. My long time salesman retired this past year. The lease on my current A5 was about to end and I dreaded the idea of having to 'break in' a new salesperson. My service adviser put me in touch with Josh Morrison, who introduced me to Michael Gibbs. Michael answered all of my question, no pressure, just the facts. In the end I leased a 2014 A5 Cab, my 9th. Got a great deal and great service. Audi Burlington is a great place to buy a great car. I might be biased, in my opinion, Audi stands heads above the other brands in its class. More
