AND the after sales customer service was equally incredible. When the vehicle was delivered my salesman, Brian went over every detail of the car from its technology to the convenience features in the vehicle. I have purchased Porsches, Bmw's and Land Rovers and no experience even begins to compare how I was treated at this dealership. My wife is due for a new car and I am trying to convince her to buy an Audi just so we can repeat the buying experience again. More

After sitting around the waiting area for 2 hours sign over my A4 and signing the loan paperwork I got to see theQ5 . 4. waiting another half hour I was told I could get the Q5 Four days later. 5. promised the Q5 with everything ready to go at 10:00 am it never happened. 6. by noon on my pick up day I was told about the Q5, 7. Called Audi USA for some help 8. first full day of ownership and for 4 hours e-mails phone calls no one knew where the key for the wheel lock was, "look in the glove box" Look in the cargo area" finally the tech had to tell the salesman and the manger where to find it. It seems to me once I sign off on the Q5 the dealership was finished with me. I called another dealership not related to HC and they told where to find this key or socket. They also went into detail explaining the Q5 on all point Burlington did not. Is the service area the same? More
