While a vehicle with the particular options we wanted was not available on that lot, Kevin was able to find a vehicle with the options we were looking for in the to-be delivered inventory. We were able to pick up our New Q7 within 3 days of Kevin locating it. Overall the experience was great from test drive, to trade, to delivery. Service for a slow leak in tire I brought my Audi all road car in for service to check a tire for a slow leak they did not notify me but put a plug in my tire for $43 When I got I brought my Audi all road car in for service to check a tire for a slow leak they did not notify me but put a plug in my tire for $43 When I got home I checked my tire it found a staple also in my tire that was overlooked. But 43$ for a plug it wasn't made of gold Labor was 39.95 miscellaneous charge 3.00 total bill was 42.95 They could've told me there was a nail in the tire and I would've went to a service station for $10 More

Individual was patient with all of my answers & questions & able to id my needs & budget constraints. With those in mind, I test drove an almost new CPO Premium Plus with tech package. Very good vehicle with the fun to drive quotient! Price & trade value not so good! Follow-up is always tricky in the sales business & I acknowledge that as you don't want the dealership to be a nuisance, yet we all want to feel special. Not sure where my perception of dealership behavior changed, but was not pleased & purchased elsewhere. No names used above as I chalk it up to my not communicating more strongly my activity of shopping for what I considered a fair price on product as well as my trade! More

Keeping it REAL! I drove a bit to see a mini the dealership had and they don't even sell them! When I arrived I met a wonderful sales lady Kathleen Hutchinson! Very personable friendly and knew her stuff. I didn't feel like I had to have my guard up which was a first for a dealership usually attacked! While waiting other Sales persons made sure I was being helped again non aggressive. I really wanted this car and Audi was so great to meet me where I needed to be. I'm so happy! I will let everyone I know I had the best experience here and all who know me know I have seen many dealerships! Kathleen I truly believe I made a friend. Thanks again!!!! The Best Car Buying Experience - Ever I was one of the folks living with the TDI uncertainties (2014 Audi A8L TDI) and had chanced upon discussiing my issues with the Audi Burlington Team I was one of the folks living with the TDI uncertainties (2014 Audi A8L TDI) and had chanced upon discussiing my issues with the Audi Burlington Team while I was there for a regular service. Audi Burlinbgton is run by a group of individuals who will go beyond any expectations that I have from any Car Dealership. My problem was immediately their problem and the whole team (From the General Manager Adnan to the Sales team (Josh / Nick / Peter) to the finance team (Shawn) to the service team (Cindy) were collaborating to help me out with my situation of owning the TDI. A8L. Long story short, I went in to service my 2014 A8L TDI and I walked out with a 2016 A8L 4.0 Gas version. Audi Burlington team has won me over for rest of my car purchasing life.
