I was honest and stated that I did not want to do the usual car salesman "I will speak to my manager" 5 different times for the best price. I also communicated that I had been on various web sites and was familiar with the pricing. He followed my request. There was 1 negotiation on price and he checked the web sites to make sure he honored his commitment to me. I was so impressed that I referred him to a friend and colleagues who also purchased a car. They may giving you undamaged car. They do have some rude and impolite service manager" Sales staff at Audi Q5 are fantastic people. However, I ended up buying my Q5 at different dealership just because they did not have the color i needed. I had been to Audi Burlington for checking friction noise. The service representative Jim Parolisi was very knowledgeable and answered all my question. They offered a courtesy loaner car till they fix my car. A day later when we went back to get our car and return the loaner car. The car checker did not notice it but a technician while walking by noticed that there the bottom rear red tail light had red tape over it. The manager "David Gomes" approached us rudely accusing of damaging the car. I understand that it is natural for him ask us about the damage. But there is a polite way of inquiring and he totally lacked it. Anyways one of their customer who used the loaner was not a good person. Herb chambers Audi Burlington employee David Gomes should understand that they are in service company and should have manners to inquire politely. More

I was looking to trade in my VW Passat and my wife wanted to upgrade to a new audi lease. He set us up with Brendan who explained our options and helped us narrow down what we like thru test drives and explanations. He was great and ready to help. Once we narrowed down what we wanted and were ready to move forward and then you think you need to prepare yourself for the back and forth of car buying. This did not happen with Brendan and Mikail. They listened to our range while still working with me to get out of my car now. They did a great job helping and we were more than satisfied! More
