We entered the Burlington dealership and were assisted by Brian Okova, who was very knowledgeable about the features of each car. After sitting in a few cars, we decided to test drive the A6. During our test drive, Brian walked us through all the features of the car and explained everything very clearly. As a result we are now seriously considering a purchase. More

Audi of Burlington was our first stop and I left with great feelings not only about the car we drove, but also about the dealership as a whole. I especially appreciated Zak giving us an abbreviated car tour while we waited for a sales rep to be available on a busy Saturday afternoon, and Brian was not overly pushy and was great about answering questions throughout the process in person, via phone, and via email. Finally, Josh got us through the final purchase steps quickly on a busy Monday night when we were eager to wrap things up and get home. Great experience all around! More
Lied About Repairs on CPO A4 Went in looking at various CPO vehicles. Black on black CPO A4 caught my eye on the showroom floor. After a brief negotiation, I had realized the entire bottom of the front passenger side door was repainted. Drip marks, orange peel, and even missing clear in one spot. I pointed this out to the "Audi Brand Specialist" who denied everything and said it went through the Audi "HOWEVER MANY POINT" inspection. Shame on Herb Chambers for trying to pass this off and cheat the system, but I'm not surprised from visits to other Herb Chambers dealerships. They wouldn't budge on the price and told me they couldn't do anything for me. Moral of the story, they are another dirty car stealership up to no good. They called me and begged me to come back for 2 weeks while I happily purchased a car at Prime Audi in Westwood, MA with no shenanigans or hidden surprises. Peter I don't appreciate the run around, and same goes for Herb Chambers. More
