Lauren was fantastic and answered all of my questions when we finally had a deal in place and made a point to introduce herself when I stopped in to do all of the paperwork and made sure I was comfortable with the purchase. Brian Okova was great from finalizing the sale and starting to the paperwork to walking me through the ins and outs of the car and made sure when I left the lot I knew everything there was to know about my new Q5. But after a couple years of searching online for the perfect Audi, I found a vehicle that resonated with me. It was not the perfect timing but the vehicle was perfect so I moved forward. There were difficulties inherent to a long distance transaction but Lauren Savage and Selma Rakovic helped me work through the details and stuck with me when we hit snags. Even without a personal relationship with me, Lauren worked tirelessly and advocated for me through the process. The general manager, Adnan Sehovic, condescended to help with some of the details which showed a commitment to customer service throughout the levels of the organization. Now I have my dream S8 in my garage, thrilled with my experience effected from 2,000 miles away. I only wish that I were closer for my next transaction with them.
