Sven Kurcik was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the Audi product. He was not pushy at all but provided me all the necessary info I requested in a personable manner. I had a trade and the value I was given was right where I expected it to be. Josh Morrison in finance was just as professional as Sven. He didn't push any product on me but explained all my options. I ended up with a 2017 Q5 and if we are in the market for another Audi, I will be sure to come back to Herb Chambers and ask for Sven! As a side note, my wife brought my car in yesterday for the inspection sticker and Sven greeted her at the door and took care of her immediately, She was very impressed! More

This was the fourth Audi dealership we we Recently my father and I were in the market for different vehicles (a 2017 A4 for him and a 2017 A3 for me). This was the fourth Audi dealership we went to and largely we went there because of the cars in stock. By the time we had made our way to Audi Burlington, we knew almost exactly what we wanted. What happened from there was a very pleasant surprise -- we learned a lot more about the vehicles. We were set up with Kathleen and she could not have been more knowledgeable. The first example was a question about using the remote to open the windows from a distance. Another Audi rep at another dealership said it was not possible but Kathleen confidently told us it was AND how to do it. Sure enough she was right. She was able to educate us on all of the little known features of the vehicles and deliver value above and beyond the quality of the car. Kathleen took her time with us and fought for the best possible deal. Many dealerships offer price matches, but we felt like Audi had the most competitive prices and the best service. Needless to say we didn't go anywhere else after talking to Kathleen. More

Thanks to Ali’s skills and willingness to help we were able to make a decision sooner than we expected. He accommodated our schedule and found the best match to suit our budget and preferences. We can’t wait to drive around in our new Audi. I felt compelled to write my feedback because I tremendously value client service. I was greeted by Lauren Savage and began a terrific relationship with the dealership. In fact, although she was not my primary salesperson, she kept in touch with me throughout the buying process and continues to keep in touch as I drive my new car. I worked with Brian Okova who was very attentive and patient as I decided which model and then color. Financing was a breeze and signing paperwork went very smoothly. When I returned to pick up my car, Brian was waiting for me with the "special red box" and his colleague Renato Sehovic was ready to assist as I had my Audi orientation, which included a tour of the service department in addition to spending time programming my car's radio and syncing my mobile. I am thrilled with my experience and anticipate a long relationship with this dealership. Oh, when I returned to work I learned that several people at my company are Audi Burlington customers too! Thank you all so very much. I love my A6! More
Worth the trip! I had been watching for used Mini Coopers at dealerships across the country, and particularly liked a 2014 with very low mileage at Audi Burlington. W I had been watching for used Mini Coopers at dealerships across the country, and particularly liked a 2014 with very low mileage at Audi Burlington. When the price dropped, I called immediately and said I would take it. The reason being I was 1,300 miles away in Wisconsin, just a little far for a test drive. My gut feeling had to be excellent for this risk to pay off, and it was. I got a good feeling from the photos and description, and everyone I spoke with was helpful and very friendly. I mention this because while it was a laser dart for me--traveling across the country for a specific vehicle--it was not a major transaction for the dealership, and I could have easily slipped through the cracks. I had my own financing and was bringing temp plates for the return trip, so once we confirmed some paperwork issues about taxes and titling, they marked the car SOLD for me. I showed up 24 hours later, on a very busy Sunday about two hours before quitting time, and immediately had the pleasure of meeting Lauren and Renato. I had their full attention, and promptly got a tour of my Mini, an appraisal of my trade, and preparation of all the necessary paperwork. Again, a minor transaction in the scheme of things, but I felt that they shared my excitement and that made it fun for all of us. This carried through as I met Josh, the Business Manager, and we had a very enjoyable conversation as we dealt with more documents. I keep talking about the quality of the personal interactions, because the experience could have been pretty brusque, pressurized, or impersonal--and that could have been enough for me to never make the trip in the first place. But I felt that the staff liked their work and sincerely enjoyed helping me. Even the guy at the next desk said "congratulations" when I came back the next day to get the keys. A new vehicle is a big purchase for most of us, and it's nice when it's not just dollars and dickering. I feel I got a great deal, I LOVE the car, and I'd hoist a brat and a beer with Lauren, Renato, and Josh anytime! (That's how we do things in Wisconsin.) Thanks to all at Audi Burlington for contributing to my little adventure. When my Mini starts getting tired, I'll check and see what you've got on the lot. More
