Tres took the time to explain to us the situation occurring with the diesel emmissions settlement which his Q5 is included. Tres was knowledgable and very informative with his explanation of the matter. He answered all of our questions and even took the time to show us the inventory of new Audi vehicles with which my father could replace his. Overall it was a great experience thanks to Tres. We both will return to purchase a replacement for my father and I most likely will be purchasing my first Audi as well. More

Tres was exceptionally friendly and listens carefully to customers needs. He searched for just the right features and found the perfect fit and finish. We now have an 2017 S line A4 that's Moonlight Blue/Nougat Brown interior. I want to thank the whole sales team that helped us when we had to replace our second 2011 A4 including Tres, Ted and Chris. If you are looking for excellent service and I truly mean this look no further than this dealership. I also found the financing very simple and Kevin explained everything very well. During delivery Tres went through all of the features and answered all of our questions. We had both of our A4s serviced at this dealership and will have the new one serviced there as well. The service manager Jim Parolosi makes sure to get the service on time and right the first time. I'm am extremely pleased with this sales experience. More
