Most people probably don’t buy an Audi on the spot, but Sven was honest, efficient and courteous, so I ended up leasing an A6 during our first meeting. Afterwards, Josh Morrison helped completed all the lease documents very efficiently. Josh was also very friendly and professional and it was a pleasure working with him. I had multiple email exchanges with Sven after signing the lease and he always responded to my email promptly. During the delivery, Sven was very patient and thorough while explaining all the features of the vehicle and also kindly offered a second delivery. He has made the whole process a wonderful experience. Needless to say, my family is very happy with the A6.
