Eric, Your A3 was towed in as an emergency breakdown, (not scheduled in). We had the RO generated at noon time on 2/20 and had a master technician working on your car within minutes. The codes we found stored in your system required us to reach out to Audi Corp to confirm the correct repair procedure was followed. 2.5 hours later we told this to you and frankly you did not want to hear our response. You immediately shut us down and wanted to argue with us. The service advisor you worked with did apologize and we are sympathetic to the entire situation. We completed a software update and at 3:49 pm we did our final road test. Your car drove perfectly without any issues. This was communicated to you and asked to speak with a manager. Ray Hebert reached out to you and offered to have the shop foreman drive your car for a few days just to confirm that all issues have been fixed. We were just going the extra mile so that your wife could have some peace of mind that everything we could do, we did for you. Still, at this point, you wanted to argue so you escalated it up the chain to our GM. Unfortunately, by the time you arrived at the dealership, the GM left for the day. You started to swear at associates who were merely trying to assist you. Your conduct in this situation made it unbearable to work with. We asked you to come and pick up your fixed car and you refused. You did not even purchase the car from us, all we wanted to do was to help you get back into your A3 as soon as possible. Going forward, I think it’s in everyone’s best interest that you find another Audi dealership to help you with your maintenance needs. Adnan Sehovic - General Manager - adnan@herbchambers.com
