When the car came in, Brendan took a lot time to show me its features and help me set it up which I really appreciated given his wealth of knowledge in Audis. Even now after I got the car, he is always willing to help answer additional questions and he checks in with me to make sure everything is going well. Based on my experience, Brendan clearly brings the role of an "Audi Brand Specialist" to a new high. I will certainly go back to him anytime I need a car and would hands-down recommend him to anyone! My husband and I were picking up our 2005 A4 from service around 8pm on a Thursday and we were just looking at the show room vehicles since we had been talking about trading in the 2005 for a newer vehicle. We were approached by Tristan who asked us some questions about what we were looking for; we spoke with him and even though it was late he still took the time go through the different models on the floor. We ended up leasing a new A4 and I couldn't be happier. So if you go to Audi Burlington be sure to always ask for Tristan. More

Cranky, Pushy, Rude Brendan felt like he was in a rush from the beginning. We asked to test drive the A4 and S4. We already had the S5, so we wanted to do a comparison. H Brendan felt like he was in a rush from the beginning. We asked to test drive the A4 and S4. We already had the S5, so we wanted to do a comparison. He asked about our S5 and asked whose name the car was in. We asked why it mattered. He immediately jumped to -I'm only trying to help you... if you don't want to work with me, I can get you someone else. It really took us back. He said that if we chose to buy he would enter all our info later. We had no plans to buy that day, we made that clear and he was already going down the sales path before we even test drove any of the cars. He bragged about his sales awards, bragged about how many hours he worked. He had no customer skills - he is a sales machine. I wouldn't buy a car from him. More
