The experience was wonderful and the people I met from the moment I walked in the door could not have been more welcoming, friendly and approachable. I spoke Sven Curkic who immediately put me in touch with Derek Carrion, Sales Representative to talk to me about the various Audis I was interested in purchasing. Let me just say Derek was amazing to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable about the car and fully explained each of the Audis (4, 5 and 6). He allowed me ample time to test drive each of the cars, He explained all the various options and detailed the differences between each of the cars as well as fully explained the various packages and options I could select form. Derek was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Needless to say, I purchased my car last week. I worked with Josh Morrison on the financials and he was terrific as well. Prior to leaving the dealership, Derek spent over 2 hours explaining the car to ensure I was fully comfortable driving my new Audi out of the dealership, and he encouraged me to contact him if I had additional questions weeks later. Now that is what I call A++ customer service I can't say enough of good things about the Audi Dealership in Burlington, MA.I would highly recommend you purchasing your new car from them and please ask for Derek Carrion!
