When I arrived they told me the vehicle was at another location but could be there by Tuesday. I told them they had wasted my time since Natick was was a bit of a drive and would not be purchasing anything from them. I then called Burlington Audi and spoke to Ali Mohajer who said he would locate the car I wanted. My wife had purchased a SQ5 from Ali several months earlier so I was comfortable dealing with Ali. I previously purchased a Audi S5 from Shrewsbury Audi (which I also had a positive experience), but after dealing the Staff at Audi Burlington I do not imagine ever buying another Audi from anywhere else. When I reached Audi Burlington Brendan was my guy to help me in going through the car. He is one of the best guy I have ever seen in the my car sales representative’s. The way he treated me and detailed about the vehicle was really clear and understanding way about the car. Usually when you meet the sales representatives they will be in a hurry to close the business as much as they can but Brendan was not in that way he was so patient and being kind and bared all my requirements and fulfilled my needs in buying the car. It took a bit long Time for all my process and paper work to be done and in the mean while Brendan was communicating and updating me in each a every part, this kind of service I don’t think you will get with any other person. She listened to my request for model and color and had a test ride vehicle a the front door in minutes. She was easily adaptable to my change of colors and made my experience a blast.
